I love the biscotti! It’s very good. This was a great video! It’s always a great idea to have a plan for hunger AND after the program is over, you are so right on that one! The goal isn’t to stay on a diet but to learn to live a healthy lifestyle ☺️ Thanks for sharing!

I have been maintaining my weight😊 there have been a couple times where it was creeping up more than I wanted so I would get back on Nutrisystem for a few weeks to bring my weight back down, but I have been staying pretty constant for quite a few months now. When you’re on Nutrisystem, you really do need to pay attention to learning new ways of eating and portions, etc.. Another big thing is learning to use lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables in your meals during the Nutrisystem program as well as when you are on maintenance. If you go back to your old ways after getting off of Nutrisystem, the weight will come back. I know that I have to keep changing little bad habits that creep in, I weigh myself every day, just to keep tabs on myself. But I really do love the Nutrisystem program and felt it was easy to stick with and the food was good, at least I thought so😊 you’ve got this!!😊❤️

Hi, do you know approximately how many grams of protein you get per day on this program?
I don’t, but I felt good as long as I had extra servings of non-starchy vegetables😊❤️
