I prefer this audio over the old one, it uses its past ride references sparingly and wisely and it has a consistent theme by enforcing the Transit part of the peoplemover, the only character interaction left is Buzz, the other characters (monsters inc and Mickey) were cut and that’s a welcome change I was not expecting. They also moved Tom morrow, a very smart choice because that Audio echoed throughout the entire tunnel and the space mountain Exit below it. It’s not perfect but it’s good for what it is
It’s not as good as the 94 version but I’d say it’s on par with the 09 version, maybe a bit better due to the If You Had Wings/Dreamflight (Take Flight) reference

I guess you could describe this as a hybrid of the 1994 and 2009 narrations. Just a small list of what I recognize: 1994: * The two-tone chimes when announcing landmarks * The "Attention visitors from Galaxy M31, please keep forward-facing tentacles clear of oncoming vehicles" spiel, which now plays both for trains entering the two-way segment heading towards Space Mountain and when leaving Space Mountain * The Astro Orbiter spiel 2009: * The "Tom Morrow" announcement, moved to after you leave Space Mountain

Tron is just a roller coaster with a cover on it? It's not going to be a fully, in the dark, immersive experience? I guess they'll do anything to save money.

It cost $350 million, there’s no bit of it at all that was designed to save money
Most of the ride will be indoors. There are many POVs on RUclips of the one in Shanghai, which is identical to the one we’re getting here.
