I've always thought cable laterals to be objectively superior to dumbbell laterals, but now I see your point about the resistance profile so to maximize my lateral work, I think I'll rotate the cables and dumbbells. I've always had a hunch that they were better too and for the last 3 years I have been implementing them and have noticed a significant difference in how it feels better and how sore I get after shoulders. They're a lagging muscle group of mine and I'm using these ot build them up! Glad to hear the vid helped, appreciate the sub!
Are you joking? I have way smaller arms than you do and I can curl 30lb dumbbells in each hand for at least 10 reps. No offence. Just genuinely shocked.
