    Not sure how I found you, but glad I did! I've always thought cable laterals to be objectively superior to dumbbell laterals, but now I see your point about the resistance profile so to maximize my lateral work, I think I'll rotate the cables and dumbbells. Also, learned about the importance of lengthening, so behind the back. Excellent vid, have a sub!

      I've always had a hunch that they were better too and for the last 3 years I have been implementing them and have noticed a significant difference in how it feels better and how sore I get after shoulders. They're a lagging muscle group of mine and I'm using these ot build them up! Glad to hear the vid helped, appreciate the sub!

    Are you joking? I have way smaller arms than you do and I can curl 30lb dumbbells in each hand for at least 10 reps. No offence. Just genuinely shocked.

      @@brockashby I was just about to say 30kg. I live in Canada. All the weights here are in lbs.
