Anudeep this is a great video….. I have recently encountered a situation with a startup, I negotiated the salary range and began the work….. The HR and folks acknowledged the work and there was a round of discussion. After that they went silent. Couple of months later I see they are launching features exactly matching what I have submitted…… 😂😂. What’s more interesting is they have kept the job board open ? So can you throw some light not just negotiating before but after you have submitted the assignment……
