Why didn't they give up members a discount on preview night and at least free shipping this is so silly this app stuff. So Philly girl, I have a question, I'm not understanding something about their return policy, with online receipts. Since I'm disabled now, I have online receipts for everything. But sometimes when I go in store and I'm going to buy other things. They just do a no receipt store credit so I can get other stuff. Even though I show them my receipts well apparently that is a ding against you and you get a nasty letter that you're turning things without a receipt. Even though I say to do what's easiest for the employee, and I don't really returned more like I exchange, so I don't ask for the money back. Now if it goes back on my card on an online purchase I have to wait a few days and I'm in the store at that moment, I can't get back to the store to shop in the store so it really stinks for people who have to order online. I also can't use the coupons they send me, online, if there is a sale and I can't get my free item, because you can only use one code at a time no I've called corporate and I am very confused because everything I exchanged I have a receipt for. But apparently the associate didn't do it that way and it's keeping track I don't understand. I know you're tight with your workers at BBW I'm just not out there enough to ask an individual associate questions even though I have my favorites and I bring them coffee I bring them cookies when I'm there they're always very nice to me. They know I do buy online pick up in store and my daughter's wind up getting it, and I know this is probably a run-on sentence so I'll stop now. Talk to text goes crazy lol. These are things I wouldn't really think about if I wasn't newly stuck at home and widowed. But it's very difficult for the people who can't get out much or even work all day and the stores close at 7:00 you can't hit their sales in store so you have to do stuff online😊🙏🏻🙏🏻

(sigh, yeah), I bought one of these too; luckily on the Sunday night 50% sale, along with the green apple candle. I didn’t use my additional 20% off coupon, however, because I’m hoping to use it closer to the expiration date for Fall candles. It’s a gamble to wait for sure, because who knows when the candles we want will sell out? My take on BBW having the 50% off sale so early is that Kringle’s Halloween items are amazing this year and BBW did a “money grab” to try and compete. Also, I have heard that their stock has dropped in value ( but truthfully I don’t know this for a fact). I try to pay attention to Tess’ blog and the other socials, including Reddit. 🤷🏼♀️
I purchased a ton during the 50% off sale; and I never received a shipping email confirmation. Packages just randomly started showing up on my front porch. Then they marked my entire order as “delivered!” When I had only received a few of my items. I got on the phone with customer service so fast! 😂 Within a hour I had a shipping confirmation; and the rest of my order was delivered the next day on a Saturday by UPS for free! 😅 I was able to get the globe candle as well; it’s very beautiful in person. I wish you were able to get the globe candle at half price; but at least you have it now in your collection because it’s currently sold out online. Thanks for sharing with us! 🥰💕
I very luckily scored a black pumpkin yesterday in store! i had regretted not getting it and it was sold out online. I was waiting for another sale and when i saw the 50% off email i was going to buy it and it sold out i was pisseddddd lol
I've had two horrible online orders with broken items leaking items broken candles all over.. I shop almost only online because I can't get out much.. I just rambled on another comment about my issue and a new issue I have faced in the store when I want to exchange or return stuff even the broken stuff and I always always always always, have my online receipts I even have a notebook that says what item is on what receipt and how I paid. But when you pay with a gift card online or a Visa card or someone else's card, and they insist on putting it back on the card and not letting you just have store credit while you're in the store, it makes no sense. It's very difficult for handicapped disabled or working people, to get in the store for the One Day sales etc. I want to have these Great One Day sales and you need a code, I can't even use the coupons they send me😢😢
The globe house everlasting magic candle is beautiful. Glad you got shipping refunded. I just got my globe house candle delivered and it’s stunning. I ordered it Sunday night at half off. Seems fragile though. My fancy lid vampire blood candle arrived broken though. CS is sending a replacement.
I went to the store today I got a B1G1 free single wick.I got the Amber Blush laundry detergent&booster. I bought chapstick and lipgloss. I also took advantage of the men's bodycare sale.I also bought some roomsprays. I'm taking a break from B&BW at least until another good sale comes. I don't shop online AT ALL PERIOD. I didn’t buy during their early release & there’s nothing I was upset about not getting so I waited for the sale. Got most of what I wanted but a few things were sold out so that’s the cons to waiting. If you want everything get it asap, if you want a “sale/deal/reasonable price” wait but accept you won’t get everything.

Sometimes I get one Wallflower packed and bubble wrap in a box , another time I got 40 items in a box during sauce and no bubble wrap no rapping nothing. Facts, BBW customer services quality has been going downhill as of recently. The candle is absolutely beautiful, I can’t get myself to get the luminary 😭. BBW giving us crumbs at this point with their “flash sale” was almost disrespectful…

Those lifs shd be sold seperatly, like the magnetic little candle toppers. Then you can put it on whatever candle you wanted or just use it as a decoration. For $70 it should light up and it should be like a snow globe. LOL turn on BBW if you're listening, or maybe if we all mention it on instagram, the app preview for app members and this privilege to be an app member I don't really see much except the reward system which is now kind of disappointing as well. I'm not complaining about getting free items I just wish it was a set dollar amount that we could put towards anything we want. Kind of like Starbucks Old Navy Kohl's cash Macy's all of those places do. Say it was a $15 credit towards whatever and you had three you could put $45 towards the $70 candle and they would be still getting money out of your pocket which is good for BBW and good for us because we can get what we want. I also think the app members should have free shipping on $25, always. And let us stack the coupon that you send us, with your 1-day sale code. It’s business days so they don’t process orders on weekends. People who get deliveries on weekends placed their orders earlier in the week. Since you placed it Friday evening(after their bus. hrs), it gets processed Monday & 1 day shipping means you should have it by Tuesday. They had high traffic & they need to find couriers to deliver package so sometimes there’s delay. Also due to poor weather conditions/outages. It’s good they refunded you & got it out to you the next day. True, sometimes we have to reach out to get updates on our packages & to get things sent out in a timely fashion. Their call center is in the Philippines & sometimes the calls are time consuming & hard to hear them bc of their accent & how loud the background is. I’ve heard a bunch of people talking loudly while trying to speak to a rep.
In that case, it should say right next to the price for overnight shipping that they do not process orders Friday night Saturday or Sunday and it will not be processed till Monday and probably shipped till Tuesday unless you'll probably get it Wednesday

When I shop at bbw, I always do the math if I do b3g3 20% if it's at 75% 50%, regular price 25% w/ free shipping. Then I make my decision and be at peace with it. Because I'm going to find another deal that saves me money.
So true. Trust me I do the same thing but I don’t normally get coupons so I definitely like to wait for a good sale. Paying full price is a no 👎🏽 for me unless it’s something that would normally sell out or they have only a few in stock in. So say for instance the Luminary House my store only got 3 in stock and I know I wasn’t going to buy it online and have it shipped to the house so I went ahead and bought it. Now having that 50% off sale two and a half weeks later did hurt but I don’t regret my purchase 🤗😊❤️
I feel ya girl. Gets frustrating, but also don't forget the shipping says business day, sat and sun are not included as a business day. But no reason you shouldn't have rcvd it on Mon or Tues. It’s business days so they don’t process orders on weekends. People who get deliveries on weekends placed their orders earlier in the week. Since you placed it Friday evening(after their bus. hrs), it gets processed Monday & 1 day shipping means you should have it by Tuesday. They had high traffic & they need to find couriers to deliver package so sometimes there’s delay. Also due to poor weather conditions/outages. It’s good they refunded you & got it out to you the next day. True, sometimes we have to reach out to get updates on our packages & to get things sent out in a timely fashion. Their call center is in the Philippines & sometimes the calls are time consuming & hard to hear them bc of their accent & how loud the background is. I’ve heard a bunch of people talking loudly while trying to speak to a rep.

In that case, it should say right next to the price for overnight shipping that they do not process orders Friday night Saturday or Sunday and it will not be processed till Monday and probably shipped till Tuesday unless you'll probably get it Wednesday

When I shop at bbw, I always do the math if I do b3g3 20% if it's at 75% 50%, regular price 25% w/ free shipping. Then I make my decision and be at peace with it. Because I'm going to find another deal that saves me money.
So true. Trust me I do the same thing but I don’t normally get coupons so I definitely like to wait for a good sale. Paying full price is a no 👎🏽 for me unless it’s something that would normally sell out or they have only a few in stock in. So say for instance the Luminary House my store only got 3 in stock and I know I wasn’t going to buy it online and have it shipped to the house so I went ahead and bought it. Now having that 50% off sale two and a half weeks later did hurt but I don’t regret my purchase 🤗😊❤️
