Dry king chilli: 3 nos. (add as per your taste)
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Ginger: 2-3 inches
Cloves of garlic: 7 nos.
Salt: add as per your taste
Fermented bamboo shoots: 4-5 tablespoons
Rosasted sichuan peppers: 1 & 1/2 tablespoons (roughly pounded)
Culantro: 7-9 leaves
Water: 800 ml of hot water/add as per your consistency
