Hi. I am a friend of two people whose nicknames consist only of numbers. They were banned for no reason, unlike the others. They have receipts for all purchases of potions and they have never refunded payment for them, but they were banned anyway. AJHQ simply did not want to check all purchases from each player and decided to ban all those who made a lot of purchases at once. They honestly invested their money on a large number of potions. It is rather sad that the developers did not dare to check everything. Now these people are left without their accounts.
If they were affected by this whole situation and genuinely have made real purchases then there best bet is to prove that to AJHQ - it may be annoying and take time with their support but as long as they present a reasonable case with all the facts laid out with evidence to support it, their chances are high of being unbanned. I know AJHQ has a rep of being strict with bans and unbans but they do make sure to investigate every angle before handing them out, I won’t say they’ve never accidentally banned people because it’s happened before but I urge your friends to try reach out to support regarding this - could just be wrong place at the wrong time sort of thing.

As an example, I can cite the account of one person who did not receive a Cat Bundle to her account after purchase and decided to return the funds, but the very next day her entire Parent tools was blocked. She sent all the checks to the AJHQ and explained the whole situation, but they did not respond to that simply, most likely because of the same situation, but this was not the situation. She gave a lot of proof that it wasn't an attempt to cash in on free stuff, but they just didn't care and started ignoring her messages in mail. It's sad that they don't track purchases...
if aj is refusing to unban your friend tell your friend to threaten aj with a chargeback honestly. companies are more willing to listen when losing money is at stake + they will have to pay a fee on chargebacks. if they *genuinely* paid for those potions fairly, and aj is banning them anyways on account of false fraud accusations, this can be disputed with your friend's bank and at the very least they can get their money back if not their account.
Honestly, I think it's insane how a game that's as strict as aj is keeps getting hacked like this. This situation is annoying bc innocent jammers could be getting banned too
I am annoyed by this situation a player with the nickname 67622 and 34616 has been writing to support almost since receiving this ban, ready to provide all screenshots of payment for any potions, but they are still ignored I know these people, especially 67622, and since the very morning we don't understand the absurdity of the situation and how much we don't care that now we see this post when the developers didn't even figure it out and just posted a video with accusations of fraud. We love this game, but every such act makes us think about whether it's worth playing, it's not the first time we come across the fact that TS or the developers themselves treat us negligently and with each such time there is less desire to play

I used to play Animal Jam everyday straight from the years 2013 to 2019. Got suspended several times, banned once, and was given my account back 3 years later after emailing Animal Jam HQ and telling them that my parents were lawyers and would sue the company if they didn't reverse the ban (true story, and it worked 😂). I looked up "Animal Jam" just to see if anything would come up or if the game still has any relevance, and I saw your channel instantly. I'm 21 now and no longer play the game obviously because I'm an adult but seeing these videos makes me feel a deep ache of nostalgia. I miss those specific years of my childhood and the earthy, warm, ancient feeling the OG 2010-2013 Animal Jam had. Not going to lie though, the relentless bullying, mean girl culture, basically gambling and addiction that game encouraged was serious. The users were genuinely so mean and hurtful if you didn't have this specific item or this item, if you weren't "rare" or other weird stuff. Very odd and toxic behaviour I remember. Despite that, I vividly remember and adored the types of dens, specifically that grey-coloured stone castle and the underground treehouse place. The ache of nostalgia, ugh, my heart!

So much has happened with aj im surprised they still do not take any precautions with A KIDS GAME (yes most people who play it are a bit older now) I found out about this immediately with reddit and was surprised that people who had no idea about the scam lost their accounts . . . Im also not sure why aj support is extremely stubborn on top of that. Requesting anything is pointless and getting your account back is difficult for no reason if they even do decide to do that.
I am lucky that I personally never buy potions from shops, it is a shame innocent players are getting banned when they aren't the ones who personally bought the item originally and just bought it off of someone else. Only the seller should be held accountable. isabellems8 and I am a member, I like commissioning masterpieces and master tracks so the 30k sapphires would help me pay artists on the game.

Also glad AJHQ released a statement about people charging fees for drops, ruins the kindness and giving aspect meant to be from the potions.
