I carry Law of Regression for BoG users. It's funny when I turn their buffs off. Also my build is heavy Int/Faith so half my spells don't get effected by it anyways.
@@ohexenwahno5652 lol what? Why quit? There are several ways of dealing with BHS. Usually when you have someone that spams it over and over they freak out when you shut it down and completely forget how to play the game. My favorite thing to do is stay on them and force them to attack coming out of the animation for an easy parry and crit. Why quit on em when you can sh*t on em
In the time that it would have taken me to beat that guy, I could have just fought 20 other people instead. It's not worth my time to run around and chase people because they don't want to engage in an actual fight, especially when they're using BHS.
I have almost the exact same build as you, coded sword and everything. I even wanted to use the noble slender sword, but I have not the smithing stones to upgrade it to a decent level, si I'll stick to the lordsworn.
The other negation spells seemed so trash before I tried this. Where'd I'd get one shot by one of those big glintstone shits. Now they barely do anything to me. I love it
Even with Barriers of Gold he still gets a quarter of his hp removed by a single Transient Moonlight. Tf are you talking about "soyface" for you ape? Max magic damage reduction from armour and talismans is 30% (I checked), that's pathetic, you'd get twice that from armour designed to protect from physical back in DS3.
Depends. Barrier of Gold raises magic damage negation by 60% while Protection of the Erdtree raises all non-physical negation by 30%. If you're against pure magic, Barrier of Gold is better, but if you're against multiple damage types then Protection of the Erdtree is probably better.
I wish pure int builds had access to more elements like pure faith builds do. All the damage of a pure sorcerer is mostly magic element, including melee, so barrier of gold often feels unfair. The only exception to this are volcanic and thorn sorceries but we all know those aren't very good.
People that play stars of ruin spam give us mages a bad rep. I’m a mage player and star of ruin doesn’t do it for me. There’s so many other good sorceries and these cringe players literally have 8 -10 spell slots and only has one . And not one of them had Law of Regression 😂 GGs to you 👏
you're maidenless if you don't subscribe
I see maideenlessness as an absolute win (subscribes anyway)
Came for the magic, stayed for the music 🎶😂
They have enough int to use lusat and stars of ruin but not enough irl int to use law of regression and star shower
What a sad state of affairs
Or just use a lava sorcery
The music fits so well for this video.
int builds are bonkers, 60% dmg reduction and my man here is still sometimes taking huge chunks of hp
Talismans and armor is unoptimized you can make sure you make every mage feel the depths of despair if you actually go through the effort
Once I realized what this does it has been massacres from my end when it comes to mages I just rush them
It's also really fun to pull out the reverse card with Law Of Regression

Omg, it is very good.. I will use it! Nice video man!
I'm currently a faith mage hunter. I have enough int to do a few hard swaps into eternal darkness. But I've never tried the self buff.
This music fucking slaps!
One of my favorite things to do is bully other mages while cackling. AHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA BONK.
The last dude was cringe
Just curious, why did you quit vs the mage that was using BHS ?
Like swatting a fly lol
Because BHS users only deserve that everyone quit on them.

@@jst-one3971 yeah, but this one wasn't going to attack, he was just creating space to spam sorceries

A successor to onlyafro's great magic barrier video
90% of the player base, including content creators: "OOOOHHHH INT IS SO OVERPOWERED WOW *SOYFACE*"
This video:

Insanity: Doing something that doesn't work properly over and over again
is barrier better than protection of the erdtree?

bloodhoundstep should be completely removed from the game. this is annoying and only for noobs.
I think it should remain the same for pve but for pvp it should act exactly like a normal quickstep.

60% magic damage reduction? That's stupid. Int builds are useless because of this spell
Good
Sorceries are so overpowered that Barier of Gold is less of a "cheese" but of a "necessity".
Couldn't watch the video. The music is awful!
