"Equally as ineffective but at least you don't have to pay someone"
Brilliant
PLTR 🎉🇺🇸🚀
You make it sound like this is the first time you've heard Karp. He simply doesn't care about other people's opinions when he's talking. He's going to tell you exactly what his perspective is whether you agree with it or not. The financial results were epic, minus some sleight of hand from unknown analysts at the last moment, adjusting the "projection" so that the clear crush was a "miss" based on the manipulation. Saying that Palantir's current drop was the investors disagreeing, is not unlike calling Jim Cramer a market savant.
We get it, you like him.
I see Karp's fist pump as a CEO running his company and company doing really well. Stock price sometimes doesn't reflect the health and path of the company. If I was CEO and my company is doing great numbers, yes, I would be very happy. I want to show my staff the love.
Thanks for covering some of these news/updates based videos. Really brings additional context to investors. 🙏🏼👌
More to come!
The stop dropped because of unrealistic expectations, they beat their targets and they did phenomenal, take advantage of dumb money selling on that excellent news.
Wall Street sharks had some big short positions in this stock, therefore they crashed it to cash in. But from now on, it’ll only keep going up.
I’m a Palantirian all the way, ask me in 5 years what colour is my Bugatti😉
He can talk all he wants but the stock is still falling. It's still overvalued and not help by the CEO taking huge chunk of the profits via his executive compensation.
Like Tesla, this company seems to have fanboys ( or fangirls ) on YT constantly making ridiculous forecast trying to drum up the share price. Prof Parkev is the rare voice of reason in here. 👍
I wouldn't say I'm a fanboy by any means, (because I literally didn't even know who Alex Karp was a few days ago), but this is why I recently opened a position:
1. CEO's blunt enthusiasm & overwhelming confidence in PLTR's products
2. Extremely robust balance sheet - exactly what you want to see in a high interest rate environment
3. Operational costs have remained flat for the past 3 years, yet PLTR has managed to grow revenues 20%+ YoY
4. PLTR's products go beyond LLM chatbots. "AI" driving data analytics? Yes please, this is what I've been looking for since the "AI" hype began
Sure, PE, PS, & PB all point to the stock being overvalued, but those will all come down as PLTR continues to grow - especially if they can keep growing revenue without incurring too much additional expense, (which they have shown they can do).
Thanks Parkev
Thanks for the video.
Hello Parkev, thanks for this update!
Could you please do a StoneCo analysis after yesterday's earnings report?
Stock is up 127% in 1year tho, so it can go down even on a good quarter if it doesnt match the even higher expectations.
Don’t look at the stock price look at their insane operating income jump from a year ago. They knocked it out of the park.
Thank you very much for your analysis. I was wondering if you had an insight on whether Microsoft could build a similar tool like AIP with a cheaper price later on in the future?
What can be deduced from ANY short term change in a company’s stock price. Not very much in my opinion. If you are a day trader maybe these changes are either a blessing or a nightmare, depending on your coin toss. For my money the fundamentals of the company, quarter by quarter, are exactly what I hope to see as a long term investor.
Do you think it’s a good buy even now? What do you think is a good price range and your target price
The answer depends in part on your total investment portfolio. This will be a bumpy ride as the stock price will continue to be quite volatile. I think at this price (~$21-$22) it is still worth buying a small position but only with money you will not need for 3-5 years minimum. My investment in PLTR is with only a small percentage of my overall portfolio. I am DCA at $13.50 and my last buy was at $22.50. However, If you do not already have a more conservative portfolio with a diverse range of quality dividend stocks I would NOT recommend PLTR to start your investment journey. It has great long term potential, in my opinion, but I still classify this as higher risk.
How many companies ever reach a Rule of 40 score of 57? Doesn't this reflect disciplined management. Karp is "colorful", but I think he sees around the corner
Any updates on robinhood?
The stock only went up that day....and it got back to what it was..
Thanks Parkev, nice to see that you keep delving in deeper. I don't understand Karp's rationale for the trade-off between dilution and significant cash on the balance sheet. He choses the SBC to lead to dilution, thereby saying : I prefer the interest I get over the cash over buying back more shares for shareholder value, If he wants to piss off investors or keep the SP low then mission accomplished. I have a position by the way.
CEO Alex often uses “big ban” style words 😂 I re-opened my position yesterday …
At&t uses chat/customer service bots... I will never use them. What a waste of time and space.
Indeed. Customer service going from bad to terrible.
They did crush! Some idiot nobody Analyst raised their expectations so they’d miss the numbers! Total BS!
The more Karp harp, the more PLTR's stock sinks.
Wall Street doesn't always make sense. I don't really care what Alex Karp says.
Thiel sale killed the momentum it should have enjoyed, overall, just another manipulated stock in the market, that seems to function outside of fundamentals.
Good. Karp said kill the shorts. They are doing it by manipulating the manipulators
The ‘AI’ bots used by companies are absolutely crap
Time to short GME & AMC? 😂😂 craziness at its best.
My gambling days w my hard earned $ are over but this meme happening sure is interesting!!
I'll let you know if I decide to buy. That'll be the time to short 🙂
@@dvb1701 right! Ditto 😂😂
Insider sell
Those aren't investors. Those are shorts and day traders. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
