Kam, I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your story and your authentic self on here, it's been such a blessing to so many. I'm a nursing student and watched your entire youtube journey by chance just before I started working in an infusion center for my clinicals, working with folks getting chemo. Getting to hear your perspective helped me to better understand what so many of the people I was meeting were going through, as I didn't have the time to get to know them or their stories as deeply as I was able to with you. It was such a blessing and I have loved celebrating the victories with you along the way! Keep shining your light
So glad you are feeling better...GOD has your back! Everyone appreciates you documenting your journey, especially those going through similar situations. Thank you for your bravery.
Thank you so much Kam for continuing to share your journey. I'm currently going through my own hairloss journey (halfway done with treatment for stage 2 HL) and it's a rollercoaster for sure. I have discovered and watched your videos at the time of my diagnosis and girl, you give me so much hope for the future! Even though we did not go through the same journey nor at the same time it still feels like I am not alone in this
everything about this video was so beautiful 💛 it was amazing to see you at this point in time going back and reflecting on some of the most difficult moments of your life. thank you for your vulnerability, trust, and desire to help others! much love 💕
Thank you! I have 10 months of hair growth post chemo and was really struggling to know what to do with my hair. It's a very similar texture to yours. So so helpful to see your hair journey to know where I am and what i've got to come! Thank you thank you! LOVE the bob!
Kam it's so good to see you happy and loving your new hair! I found your videos as a random recommendation a few months ago, and watched your entire cancer journey. I love your energy and positive vibes-this is something I've struggled with when I'm going through it. (Whatever *it* is). Coincidentally, I now know someone going through similar cancer treatment, and your videos have been a great learning experience to know some of the ways my friend may be struggling / looking for support in the coming months. Also I **loved** the super short style you had when your hair was first growing back. Not many people can pull that off well, and you looked radiant. Keep shining girl.
I started my treatment on February when you finished yours… I’m 1 year into remission.. you helped me so much and I didn’t feel alone in this journey ❤️❤️
I think your hair has looked cute at every stage. I miss my chemo curls so much. I had them for like 3yrs and then my hair got too long and the fell out. The one perk of chemo in my opinion. 💛
I know you've talked in a lot of videos about support groups and how much they helped you, do you have any advice on how to find one? I just got diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma a month ago and I think being able to talk to other people my age with the same diagnosis would be helpful to my mental health.
hi kam, i have a question. i've finished my chemo exactly 2 years ago and since my hair has been growing back, i can't get myself to cut them or even straighten them, because subject of hair is just so fragile to me, hence i didn't have any hair for months and months. i'm just sooo afraid of loosing my hair again. do you also suffer from this type of fear (maybe it's part of ptsd)?
i totallllyyyyy feel the same way. but eventually i realized that trimming it keeps it healthy and heat protectants make me feel better about putting heat on it!
Ugh mine is at a phase where I look like Ronald McDonald its so puffy and the only gel that can hold it makes my hair so stiff and crunchy aaaaaaaaghhh

Weird question but were your eyes itchy when the lashes started growing back?
