Try taking a small sauce pan and add some unsalted butter and add a tbsp of brown sugar. 1/4 teaspoon dill. Parsley to taste and lemon pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat till well incorporated Brush it on the salmon as it cooks its amazing

Just a little hint here...when you clean those reds, cut steaks a couple inches thick but leave the belly intact so that you have a ring. This is where you place your moose cheriso and wild rice dressing!

Hey Lindsey, Jon and Sam. Wanted to make a suggestion. Always put the date on your catch, even hunting. That way you can eat the oldest first and not have your catch all mixed up or some getting freezer burn.

10 min-15 min salt and sugar cure. Then you don’t need the pinch of brown sugar. Wash off the sugar and salt. And then little bit of Salt ,pepper, dill, lemon, little bit of garlic if you like it… add some veggies and wrap it up with foil around or on top salmon filets when cooking!!! Keeps the veggies and salmon moist and great!! Let me know how you like it?
