Ceri, Excited to see your finished project with you crafting partner. Now as I have told you on many comments, Please, Please stop worrying about your videos going over one hour. If you made 2 hour videos I believe no one would leave the room. O love all the time you give us with teaching and sharing all these wonderful ideas and tips on how to doing something different. Ceri I have learned so so much from you and I love the time we spend with you talking, and hearing all your wonderful stories. Love the stories, so do not ever stop sharing, I enjoy it so much. You are so honest, kind, polite and caring about us and how you talk to us. You are so special, love you as a person and creative maker. You are so amazing. Thanks so much Ceri for you videos, wish you did one every day, I know your life dose not permit this to happen, just wishing, lol 💌
I am always looking for ways to use book pages and love the mass making idea of different size and shape bases that can be so versatile!! Thanks teacher. Blessings from Betty in Ohio.
Right! Even if I can't watch the whole video in one go, which is the usual case, I can always watch more later, while cuddling our cats or basset pup. Love listening to my favorite RUclips crafters, as well as watching them.
Ceri, I never mind it when your videos run over a hour. You have such a kind and relaxing voice. I get so happy to see a new video from you. It is my meditation and I learn so much from you. You are such a talented man. Thank you for sharing your creative spirit with us
I really like these. Even though you say you can't teach us collage, this is a form of collage and you've just shown us your formula. Start with bookpage add several pieces of pattern paper finish with a focal point and a couple of labels. It's easy and perfect for the beginner. Although I'm not a beginner I do struggle with collage. Thank you.
I love your process and how organized you are. You should not ever apologize for teaching your method of how you do things because I find it quite refreshing. I can always learn something from everyone so you keep doing wonderful you. 😊 Thank you for sharing. ❤

Hello from the US🇺🇸! I’m so happy to have happened upon your channel! I’m looking forward to binge watching your videos. Lots of good tips and beautiful work! 📚 ❤
Hi. Ceri, I’ve watched a lot of videos on junk journals, altered books, collage…etc. I ALWAYS come back to your videos! I’ve learned a lot and been inspired by you, and I agree with many others, your voice is calm and comforting and relaxing. I see this video here is a year old already but… timeless! Hope you are well and thank you for sharing your craft and your world and your life! Kindest regards, from Chris in the US
Thank you, Ceri. Again, I've learned something new. I always enjoy watching your videos, and I like that they are long. I'm a recent subscriber, so I have many videos to catch up on. I appreciate your kindness and considerate disposition.
Ceri, I’m not exactly sure what it is, but when I’ve watched one of your videos, I feel like I’ve spent time with a friend. You have a kind spirit and explain things without rambling. Thank you!
Hi Ceri! I have been binge watching your videos. You are such an inspiration. I made my own labels yesterday after watching another of your videos. They turned out well. I love to mass produce stuff too. Thanks for sharing. You’ve given me so many ideas that I want to try. 😊😊😊
Were you eavesdropping in on me the other week when i thought - I wonder what Ceri does when his glue page????!!!! I'm part way through your video - the rest will have to wait till i get home. Short stay in hospital.... But the rest of your video will be something to look forward to. Can't wait to see the finished items
Thanks Ceri, you've given me understanding and confidence to move from background collage to decorating. You have taught me something. ❤️ from Australia
Thank you the comment on noticing what your page has printed on them. My sister picks books and magazines up for me at her thrift store and I tell sure that it is items that are not full of vulgar words and embarrassing lines. Many people forget about this when putting journals together. This the main reason I don’t use romance novels.
These are terrific, The rice paper stickers are very intriguing…. I will do some looking for the how too’s. Thanks for a great video, I am glad you are healing. Yes- ribs do take a long time. I speak from experience. Thank you again.
You make it look so easy! I've quickly learned 2 things: It isn't as easy as you make it look and it takes a lot longer than you think! I'm sure you are "quick" from practice but I really appreciate you not doing "voice-overs". It will take me a while to get anywhere close to your skill level but by seeing you create in "real-time" and talking through your thoughts and considerations, I'm learning a lot and feeling more confident. Being an RN, you don't always have "do-overs" so it's taking a while for me to get out of the "once and done and it must be right" mindset that's acceptable for crafting. It's rather an appreciated relief to not have to be "perfect". Thanks for sharing your skills and your encouragement. I'm finally learning to enjoy retirement. 💝
You’re very right, collage gets better the longer you do it for sure! Your master board video was a huge inspiration for me, collage wise. I loved this video too, now I want to make a few 😊 thanks Ceri
Well, one good thing about using old books: no bad words!!! Thx for another great video. These collage pieces are fantastic! I LOVE the pinkbutterfly! It looks like the black wing tips are black lace. I'm going to try and make some! Lol TFS Austin TX USA
Ceri, I believe that you have taught many people how to collage. Just watching you, and thinking about why you do what you do, has been very instructive. Demonstration is a very legitimate form of instruction. I believe that it's one of the most effective. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos! I've gotten so much out of them! ❤
Loved this video and they looked stunning as cards. Great idea as buying cards are so expensive. Looking forward to all the new things you have coming our way net month. Glad to see your wrist is better.
Praying you heal well, I fell 3 time in the past 18 months last time broke toes on both feet. Physical therapy to improve balance is helping. Enjoying the video. ❤❤❤❤❤
Ceri, about the long video… some of us use these wonderful videos like we do a trip to the Lou. We are escaping something, the kids, putting off doing dishes, chores, a visit from or to the neighbor, time while hubby is screaming at the TV during a ball game he wants you to watch with him. Therefore, we love the longer videos. The longer you go, the more of a break we get. It’s the best escape known to crafters. We don’t mind at all if you give us more time to rest or put something off. Besides that we enjoy you talking to us and teaching us some neat ideas and giving us inspiration. Thankyou very much, all the way from Texas, USA. Your long videos are welcome here!
Hi, I’ve just discovered you, and subscribed… watching while I prepare book pages by tearing off the borders 👍 Love your thinking aloud process so we can understand the choices you are making.
Verizon, Your videos could never be too long. I love binging on your videos as I craft or fall asleep. I have made many of the crafts you’ve taught me. Keep them coming❤
I'm so glad your wrist is better Ceri, and I'm praying your ribs heal quickly. I agree with those who said they don't care how long your videos are. You are informative and entertaining. Thanks for sharing this idea with us. Very inspiring! ❤️❤️❤️
This is the first video of yours that I have watched. Loved it! Interesting and helpful and not a lot of extra chatter. I subscribed and will be watching more of them
You know what I'm learning from you Ceri...layering. I've watched others do it but it never clicked in my brain. YOU somehow have made it click for me. And I'm actually getting better at doing it. So apparently you can teach us. 😊 TFS Hope you have a great day. 🌞

Me too and i just laid down in bed lol
I love how a man has a different take on crafting journal items. The creativity difference between the ladies and gents really show.
Interesting, I’d not really noticed.

Thank you Chris for your very kind words.
These look beautiful. I agree with you about collaging. The best way to learn is to practice. Does not work for me when it comes to knitting though😐🤗💜
Lol….I tried knitting once, I made a sweater. Knitting did not work for me.
A fun video. Glad you are healing from your fall!

Fantastic
Love how these turned out. I am a card maker as well as a JJ and love this idea for card fronts 💜
I’m not a card maker but when I need a card I use these to make one.
Beautiful. We can adjust the lighting on our devices....
I didn't expect much when the video started. You made a believer out of me. They look great. Glad I found your channel.
Glad you like them, thank you
Loved this tutorial Ceri. The shadows weren't too distracting and yes please to longer videos!
I’ll mix it up a bit in the future, thank you.
This is the first video of yours that I have watched. Loved it! Interesting and helpful and not a lot of extra chatter. I subscribed and will be watching more of them

Wonderful
I love watching you work! You do amazing job!!! Make your videos as long as you want I sure won’t leave!! Beautiful job 🎉
Thank you Sharon
New subscriber, here. I’ve heard your name mentioned by quite a few creators, so you come highly recommended! I enjoy long videos. Sometimes I’ll craft along with you, and other times I’ll watch while doing my own thing, but the hour passes very quickly either way.
Thank you Trish.
I love these and I do enjoy making cards so I thank you for this idea. Have a wonderful day Ceri.
Wonderful Joanne
I just love watching you do this ❤ so interesting to see how your eye 'works'. And excited about the collage prompts ❤
Thank you Vessy
This has been SO interesting, Ceri. Thank you for sharing your amazing creativity with all of us❣️
You’re welcome.
Always enjoy your videos - regardless how long or short they may be! Keep up the great work…love your beautiful work
Thank you Rebecca.
I am so very happy to hear your plans for the prompts. I am not at all keen on anything with expectations. I craft every day, but that doesn’t mean I want to do what the challenge requires. The pressure to complete something on a schedule is just too much for me. As for the length of your videos…we really do not mind how long you make them. We can always pause and come back if needs be.
PS: your washi stash sounds like mine. I have absolutely no idea where they came from or how old they are. The adhesive may be too old to stick anymore so a bit of extra glue is never a bad idea.
Lol…..I never trust washi I always use glue stick on it.
Inspiring 👏
I so enjoy watching you Ceri. You explain everything so well. Great video, & I'm so glad the brace is off! I'd watch you for more than an hour because your voice is so soothing.
Thank you Sonja
Thanks for this video Ceri x I commented on your facebook about the possibility of a video based on the card you made so I really appreciate this one x
Wonderful
