I like the sizes of the windows. It maximised the space inside. One BIG family bathroom better. Space add to other areas. Simple roof & ceiling better for people with small income. Cheaper maintainance
I’d like the kitchen windows to be bigger (sink wall) n the master bedroom (being on the grd floor) shld hv ordinary windows n not those large ones for privacy n security. Other than that i think the length of the vid is unnecessarily long, too much repetition. Overall, good idea for a small home.
I'm all about this design. It would be a perfect place to retire. I like the large porch design in particular.

Love the oven cabinet. I would put the oven AND microwave in there. Love the separate laundry room. Love the porches. I wouldn’t change a thing!
