Great presentation. One critical omission - most eVTOL aircraft are designed to have full envelope protection which includes rate of descent limitation to prevent VRS - this is potentially the golden bullet to VRS as a catastrophic hazard.
What happens when you add internse gusts around urban vertiports? Can the flight envelope protection system account for that, especially with asymmetric VRS?
