Where did you order the big piece of carbon fiber plastic from? I really want to make one of these! You killed this video man!
Thanks Man I appreciate that.
I found my receipt and I got the material from Plastic Works Inc in Calgary AB www.plasticworksinc.com and the product code is 01CH and the description is 3/16” Carbon Fibre ABS
How much was it?
I believe it was $60ish dollars CDN
Wear did you get the plastic to make it?
I got it from a plastic supply place hear in Calgary.
@@HQGARAGE thanks for the reply
My pleasure 🙏
i have a BMW like yours and will make a splitter also. nice job. p.s. the bottom of your bumper would look better if it was black.
Sweet 👌 thanks for watching. I appreciate the feedback 🙏🙏
Hey bro what’s the name of the material you used for the splitter? TIA
It’s called ABS plastic with Carbon Fiber impression.
Nice job bro!
Thanks Bro 🙏🙏
Splitters usually cover the whole inner area for better aero. Tuning for looks: Race. Inspired. Cosmetic. Enhancement. Whatever floats your boat I guess just don't go full ricer. That's like mounting a cold air intake with no turbo or induction system.
Nice job!
Thank you 🙏
Probably wont get a reply since this was posted 2years ago but where else can i get these abs sheets? Home depot maybe?
If you Google plastic sheet near you and give the shops near you a call they should carry it. That’s how I found it.
@@HQGARAGE oh God, thank you so much man 🙏🏻 hopefully i can build something as crazy awesome as yours 🔥🔥
I believe you absolutely can 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
good job man!
Thank you 🙏
I got a 2013 sonic hatchback that I'm putting money into and I want a fiberglass sheet or one that is not pressed. Any ideas?
I would look into getting a sheet of Aluminum or a material called e-panel. APR I know makes Aluminum ones for the strength and durability but also very light
