I would expect to get 2-3 months out of most of the products as I don't find I need to use that much of the product. The body lotion will only last about 2-3 weeks.

i'm guessing light foam, since that's common with coco based surfactants
Yes, as it is a sulphate free shampoo, it is a light foam.
