What are they increasing taxes for? Roads aren’t getting better, education quality isn’t getting better, nothing is improving, bridges aren’t getting fixed, crime isn’t going down. They aren’t worth paying

They give developers and corporations 20 year tax free abatements. Then pass the shortfall to the average homeowners. Freaking neolib and Reaganomics at play

when you do not tax big developers. Like 3cdc and others for 20 years On abatements.. And said development makes everyone else's home value go up. In the city and county.

Tax large corporations and big property developers like 3cdc. Instead of passing the cost to the average homeowners @wcpo this is tax free abatements for big businesses at work

This happens in most states. Both parties give huge property developers 20 years tax free. On building development. Same with corporations. Then it is passed to you sadly

this is county and city. Also when development happens and your property value goes up. Property tax goes up. but.. the developers are not paying taxes often. Ps this is right wing economics at play in part. In the right's eyes you never ever tax a rich person or corporation.

No. When huge developers and corporations are given 20 year tax free abatements. This gets passed onto the average homeowners. It started in libertarian and reganomic/neolib economic thinking. And after almost 50 years it still doesn't work.

That has nothing to do with county and city issues. The reganomic method if not taxing big developers like 3cdc for twenty years. And not taxing things like the large corporation offices in town. Lead to the tax burden unfairly passed off onto average people.
