Yes that is what matters. I always believe Kite prices are artisans own choice what they will charge as it's handicraft ..And thus I never go into that .. expensive or cheap is the buyers discretion ..

Basic difference is in the thickness of the thread .. and 123 is used in Tournament , c28 mostly is used for Terrace kite fighting
