Legacy Boot | How to Enable Legacy to Boot from USB in HP Laptop

This is the way to Enable Legacy to Boot from USB in HP Pavilion Laptop during OS Windows 7/10 installation.
We show you:
- how to access Startup Menu in HP Pavilion Laptop;
- how to access Boot Device Options in HP Pavilion Laptop;
- how to access BIOS Setup;
- how choose Legacy Boot;
- where to disable Secure Boot;
- how to change Legacy Boot Order on USB Boot option.
So How to boot in Legacy mode from USB drive in HP Pavilion Laptop?
1. Go to BIOS System Configuration, Enable Legacy Support.
2. Shift ''USB Diskette on Key/USB Hard Disk'' up in Legacy Boot order.
3. F10 - BIOS Setup - Go to "USB Legacy mode" on your USB hard drive.
4. Start OS Windows 7/10 installation from your multiboot USB flash.

Hi! Firstly, your laptop can support legacy mode only. Secondly, you need check how you make your boot usb. Your boot usb should be in legacy mode only. If you try to install windows 10 please watch this video ruclips.net/video/30pXaENQ5KY/видео.html.

@@skewd2528 better idea would be buy one more usb drive make sure its usb 3.0 or greater. I would go for 64 gb. Install linux disto on this new usb drive using the live usb(the usb drive on which you have the linux installer). So now everything is set. Set USB drive boot priority above os boot manager in BIOS. (For new HP laptops you would be able to enter by clicking 'esc' key and then F10) or you can choose to boot from usb in boot menu by pressing F9 and choosing your 64 gb. That's it.
