Around 14:10 there was moldy cheese in the cheese lava. How did you get mouseflies to it? If you touch cheese with them, they go away. And there isn’t a moving rock platform on the lava

You need to fall down with the mouseflies and shoot it at the wall that's blocked. You will die when doing this but the platform will then appear.
