How to mod: 1. - Change the tone of the colors. 2. - Do some shittiy rained texture on the flore (always rain pls?) 3. - Wriite a script --> Do some fov_drop when the transmision goes up. END
the game resolution is 4:3. Widescreen was not so popular yet back then. Thats why it is streched to widescreen and therefore the gauges look this way.

just turn a few things off in video settings & get the 2017 graphics lol

Turning off Visual Treatment just gives it a bluey one
If don't want that yellow graphics just go video settings,advanced options,scroll down,turn the visual threatment to low simple
