that's why Dez a good idea now for sure. Guy took care of his mind and spirit and has it more in tune with his body now. He avoided football on purpose for his mental health and then he got hurt and didn't fall on hard times the guy is thriving. It's impressive and is clearly an example of love of football and wanting to make a run at a few more years compared to just needing a few million dollars. Dez has plenty of money already.

Love Jerry Jones. He has more passion for his team then any other owner. He truly cares about loyalty. He cares about the Star, meaning the team that makes that star possible. I just hope he gets all that he has worked for. His team should play harder for him then any other team. Once you are an official Cowboy player... The pay you get is no necessarily the amount you can make with americas team. Endorsements, etc. He made possible to strut by shining like a star on the field. Opportunities is all these players need and he gives it to them. Play to the best of your ability and you are set for life playing at a high level for the Cowboys. Go Cowboys!!

NOT TRUE you are one of the many who believe like the owners want you to believe, they the owners can sign who they want it all about the structure, funny we had 2 teams over the cap last year the Vikings and Jags, the Cap police did not come for them, so the owners invented the CAP, but they can sign who they want, just like the NBA the owners pay a luxury tax, so stop putting this on the players, they should get what is rightfully theres, alot of this could be stopped by having guaranteed contracts, but the owners are not moving anywhere near that, funny the NBA players and owners agree to a 50/50 split why not the NFL owners and players, and every sport has guaranteed contracts except the NFL, there is a reason, try investigate that instead of accusing players of having big contract and teams not being able to keep its players because they can they just chose to since the excuse is out there, they use it.
