Pete Christlieb Tenor sax solo (and a WONDERFUL ONE)!!!!
Plus he was the nicest guy on the planet.
Such a great track and a great sounding album, flawless playing, all star big band and superb arrangements, it’s scary how well these guys play! I played a number of the published charts from this album when studying sax at Sydney Conservatorium Jazz Course back in the day (around the time when this LP was released) fantastic music…
Tremenda Big Band!!!
Nick Ceroli propelling the band.
That's the absolute truth!
