    That grill is the bomb. If I move to a place that allows outdoor cooking, that is on my patio. Another great cook.

    Maan Doug i subscribed to your channel after seeing those burgers lol! Schooled me on the charcoal pellets. Had to stop using my gas grill because im on oxygen 24/7. So the ninja has been a perfect addition for outside cooking. Im a native of East coast North Carolina and love to see all Carolinians doing it. Thank you and looking forward to more things you cook on your ninja woodfire grill.

    Thanks. You made it possible for me to get a Ninja woodfire grill. My wife loves my charcoal grilled chicken thighs, so was dubious about if she could still get her favorite chicken. By the way, if you alternate the direction of the large end of the chicken legs, you can fit more in a limited space.

    Top man! gonna get me some Royal Oak Pellets now for my Ninja, I just found out we can get Royal Oak Charcoal Pellets here in the UK. You would think Royal Oak would, not wood, would be standard here :) . Plus you are saying 9/10 that's more than good for me as I love my Kamado Joe, but the time saving on the Ninja WF is bonkersley good. Cheers!

    This thing looks interesting able to add smoke to a Foreman looking grill . So this may not be for someone who already owns a smoker /grill .

    I tried the charcoal pellets with my Woodfire grill and I loved the results as well!! Pair the Leggs smoke flavor seasoning and it will take everything to the next level on the Woodfire grill.

    Thanks so much for this vid, I do not care for the pellet which came with my Ninja woodfire grill. I prefer the charcoal flavor and was wondering if I could use the charcoal pellets. I will head to Lowes this week. :)

    Maybe alternating the chicken legs they would have fit a little better?

    The charcoal pellets are my favorite! BTW... I'm in the Pacific NW where it snowed again today. Doesn't bother the WFG at all. Thanks Doug for your cook.

    I just picked up my first bag of these for use on my Woodfire. The wood pellets are too harsh, so I'm looking forward to trying these. I'll also use them in my Yoder smoker if they workout.

    So to confirm, the burgers, you did high temp for 15 minutes? The chicken 20 minutes? I just bought the grill and followed the recipe book and both times the burgers were raw. Incredible video!! I also bought a temp probe, which I’ll receive today.

    • @COOKINGWITHDOUG
      @COOKINGWITHDOUG  Год назад

      Good idea, your burger perhaps was thicker than mine so in theory to make meatsit will never be a specific time and a meat thermometer is always best to use

    • @DoritosResidue
      @DoritosResidue Год назад

      whats the lowest temp that it could be set at? thats the problem with airfryers if you cook any type of meat. the outside cooks too fast while the inside cant keep up. I'm still on the fence with the ninja grill. if i do get it I'll be buying the xl. I take it you really have to modify how you grill or bbq with this thing because of the convection fan.
