Sowing Larkspur

Hi thanks for the video. Could you please elaborate on whether they can be transplanted if winter has already set in and after first frost has arrived? I have some seeds that I sowed in mid oct that have sprouted, but are still with their baby leaves. They are indoors. By the time 2 sets of true leaves come, which I am not sure how long it would take, I wish to know where I should transplant them. Would they have to be indoors in containers until early spring? I am in us zone 7b.

Sorry for the delay in answering - yes - grow them on under cover until the soil starts to warm again in the Spring.

No, a zippy greenhouse is plastic, a cold frame tends to be made from wood with plastic sheeting.
