Clancy mean-mugging Cody when he Cody asked him if it flops. Wooo-wee! If looks could kill! I remember my kids at that age though. I was given a good ol' dirty look 10 times everyday. 😂 There isn't nothing wrong with being tough on your kiddos either.

Holy crap lol. Man this brings back so many memories of how my dad was on the farm lol. It's not like my dad didn't care, but holy cow he could be a HARD ASS lol. Didn't matter what happen to ya, get your butt up and keep working, haha. But at least you're letting him feel better because my dad, he lost both his arms in a farm accident when he was 13 years old, so if I got hurt I better have had had something cut off or dead lol.

Cody, there was a cattle farmer in South Georgia when I was a kid,his wife was his helper, she was also a school teacher,I worked summers with them on the farm, she was as tough as they come, she along with a few workers were stringing barbed wire,it happened to break and wrap around a farm hand,it really messed him up,after they checked him out and released him from the barbed wire, she seen all the cuts n gashes on his body, she said...... it's only hide, it'll grow back, she was definitely a tough ol lady.

I’m 46 now and I always thought my dad growing up never really liked me or cared for me like my mom did. He always took care of us and we never went without but could care less if I knocked my teeth out, broke something or got hurt……..I’m grateful today for that and I know why he did it now. To make me Man!!!! To always be the strong one for my family. In order to be a good husband and dad you need to be tougher/ calmer for the rest of the family. They respond how you respond.

Clancy is still transitioning from a boy to a teen alittle bit and now its time to transition from teen to man and Cody is responsible for that transition and he is doing his job as a real father period. Life doesn't stop or care if your hurt. It keeps movin and you got to move with it. Nobody likes it that just life. Cody gets A plus for handling that situation.

For the ones saying you should have done this or that they had the steers in a shoot. Ready to go in my dad did the same too Me made me stronger if it's not a serious injury you keep helping best you can. If you need medical attention after then we go. If it's a obvious bad break yes he'd make sure I got medical attention right away Then he would say don't put you're arm in places they can trap it. Know you're surroundings watch for pinch points 👉 made me tougher and smarter. Don't hate on then because they are doing it the old school way. That's why kids these days are weak. Want a tough strong man raise him to be one.

I am completley in favor of kids doing hard work and learning whats thats all about and not to cry over every little thing. I also am not in favor of coddling them, but I also do not buy into being sarcastic to them at every turn. Cody, your videos are non stop belittling of your wife and kids. I grew up with a father who was sarcastic of most anything I did while growing up. Hopefully your son will not think of you the way I do my father. I have been watching your channel for several months and can not bring myself to subscribe or like because of your treament of your family. This video is the last I will watch. Your content is good, your very knowledgeable and hard working but your personality is horrible.

Thats what a mom is for. Boys need a dad. This dad would never fail his son. The son is fine.

You don’t understand how this works, he was already trying to take care of it all and that’s what the mother is there for-to take care of what needs to be cared for. This family is a great example of what America needs.

Honestly CPS should be called. WTF is wrong with you? I don't know if he's your son or what but regardless you are the adults in the situation and neither one of you give a damn about that boy. WTF?? Maybe care more about the child in YOUR CARE than your stupid cows. Wow.
