Love the color! The strap is 100% removable though! You unclip the gold pieces as if you’re going to adjust it and just slide it out. Very easy to put back on too 😊

Hmm I'm not a leather expert but I know Fashionphile does offer returns. You could buy the bag and if the scratches are too much for you return it. Make sure to keep the tags on!
