Love your paintings Lee van Camps. My grandfather was a member of the royal society of artists in New Street Birmingham. I have a lot of his pictures on my wall up the stairs. Dating back from 1918 to 1926.in water colour and cieper.. then he did oil painting later on in his life. Taking photos when he went to Devon and Cornwall with his friends from the club. Take photos of the things he was painting and then finished the work at home in the front bedroom of his house.. we're he livd with his second wife. Who brought one of his pictures on display at the royal society of artists in New Street Birmingham. After they had both lost their partners at the same time. She used to play the piano for the silent movies. Movie's. And her last husband was a window dresser at a Debernem store in the town. And he and a friend who lived in London played the chello for Malcolm Sargent in London. ?!! But she was put into a home because she had Dementia. And passed away. Then grandad in the year Around 2000 fell out of bed and sufercated on his pillow that fell onto the floor. God bless him. I miss and my family. All passed away now. Just have my son and Granddaughter Aimee. And two younger cousins that live in Lincoln etc their Dad is 84. Their mum passed away 3 years ago. Age 56. My cousin's came to visit me yesterday and had dinner with me then went home again. Left at around 3-30 got back home around 10-30.. a 20 minute walk from the railway station in Lincoln. We're my cousin works. His sister works just out side the city at a nursing home and her partner in the hospital in the town..he was working until Around 10-30pm himself. So that's my life story. But I live on my own with my little dog woody. It doesn't bother me one bit. You just get on with life. By getting of your backside and getting on with things that need doing etc don't you?!! 😊😊😊🎉🎉❤❤
Great stuff Lee - We were at the Ragged Apron just a couple of weeks ago and were stunned by the Amy Winehouse portrait you had hanging up in there. @anthonypearson76no it was an original usually sell for several times that but it was for charity and
It all helps .
The picture of Jason would have paid hundred for the wife
I do commissions artist2theestars@gmail.com
Auctions should start at what you think it’s worth
Then go lower
Bad Butlers 😢
I've not heard an auction go in reverse. The auction went well and raised money
Why are people so tight ?
Times are hard 😪
