Thoroughly enjoyable drive around the city. Sightseeing from thousands of miles away . Lovely place , clean ,quiet . Driving on the left side of the road too , like we do here in India. Thanks.
Your drive took you from the Port Lodge up Charlotte Street past the General Hospital then turned left by Memorial Square then right past the Victoria Museum and National Academy of the Performing Arts and left on to Queen's Park West (Queen's Park Savannah). You passed Knowsley, Hagen Daaz House, BP Head Offices, Power Gen Offices in that order. Then left on to Cipriani Boulevard - the white colonial style building on the corner is Petrotrin's Club House. Down Cipriani Boulevard, across Tragrete Road on to Colville Street, past the historic La Peyrouse Cemetary, right on to Buller Street, crossed Gatacre Street and then left on to French Street. Turned Right on to Ariapita Avenue and your drive ended just after you passed Adam Smith Square.
The govt who allowed Kentucky Fries, Pitta Hut , McDonald's and Hakka cared nothing about the nation's health or pride. They just though about their personal gain and cheaping our country. Those Trinidadians who don't know better think it is prestigious to eat in these outlet because if symbolises American values, not realising it is cheap and gutterish. It makes a very negative statement about our country and what is worst you see these adverts at the airport on arrival . These adverts at the airport creates such a negative impression to valuable buisness people. It cannot be good for high end buisness, but sure gives an opening to the Chinese and others who see how easy it is to exploit Trinidad with low value commodities, we rate highly. We use to have our own chicken and chips . Where has it gone and why did the creator not improve and update their recipe and outlet! Trinidad seem not to be able to distinguish plastic food from real food now . Have we regressed so markedly . We cook the best , most nutritious food in the whole of the Carribean, yet we welcome artificial and low value food which is killing Americans and no doubt doing the same to our people.
Beautiful country! Clean and very unique buildings. Love from Guyana
I enjoyed this ride around the city. Best I have seen so far. I did not want it to stop. About to watch it again.

That’s been like that for awhile now. Not just KFC. Theres also local brands like royal castle , burger boys , pizza boys etc.
Too late, dude. KFC has been in Trinidad since at least the 1970s, so there's no turning back now.
