As someone who has actually run with African runners (Kenyans and Ethiopians), I can tell you, these guys are INSANELY fast! In a 10 mile race, I stayed with them....for about 30 seconds, at my FULL sprint!😅 They KEPT running at what was MY sprint! The top guys finished in 46 minutes🐎. My time was a little over an hour🐌!😭

Also there was very poor planning. The four runners should have dropped off the pace one by one in order give the impression that the Chinese runner was dropping them. To be honest losing honorably is much better of a look than being caught cheating. Winning or losing isn't important, there is always chances to attempt again next time; what is more important is sportsmanship and the actual drive to fairly compete against each other.
