    Today's Video:
With any spine motion the intervertebral disc may become deformed and bulge out of the space it normally occupies between your vertebrae. Some degree of a disc bulging is normal, but In the consequence of aging or trauma the intervertebral disc may become excessively bulged. Severe bulging may put pressure on the spinal cord or spinal nerves, causing conditions like Spinal Stenosis, Sciatica or a Pinched Nerve.

I recently got an MRI with impressions: 2mm posterior broad based disk protusion with left posterolateral annular feassure. Very single time I swing my left leg my right one gets a shocking numb sensation. Also when I stretch back my legs feels the same numbing sensation down to my calf and foot. I’m really stressing about it. I also have sciatica pain. What exactly is happening and can it be reversed? Pls help

Oh my goodness. I’ve been living in misery for two years. After I fell over and was literally stuck for 3 days. I JUST found out that I have bulging discs.
I don’t understand how after all my hospital visits this is just being seen. I feel like I am past the point of repair. I am always in pain. I feel like a puppet without enough string. I guess now I am being referred to pain management and maybe they know what I need to do to strengthen myself. But I’ve been trying on my own for years, just from pain. I feel hopeless but also excited for professional help.
