@@emmetbrady7735does everyone make mistakes as much as him at his level? Don’t think so
He clearly tries his best to cheat the system. He has just done it again in London last night he was shuffling on the lunges and now there is a video of his knee not touching the floor at all on the first length.
Bring integrity to HYROX . We need it to make it a bigger sport and he is not helping things

He's just being watched more than anyone else now. Go back watch the leaders in last night's race. I seen another 1 shuffle on lunges , and another his depth was not sufficient at wall balls
Sean got a penalty at sled pull and knows he touched the line

Also to add. A head judge was with him the whole way take it up with them! I find people think pros knees aren't touching the ground cos they are so fast

Why not think of someone's mental health and lay off!! I'd love to follow you around a hyrox course and pick holes in everything you do !!!!

@@emmetbrady7735 you can follow me around all you want… the difference is I’m not pushing for an Elite 15 level spot in the sport ? He is… in any other sport it wouldn’t be allowed. Yes I agree it’s on HYROX to get better at judging BUT Sean also has to take some blame as let’s be honest we all know the movement standards don’t we.
Sean makes excuses for things and that is why ‘keyboard warriors’ come out.
It’s really funny isn’t it how every station from Ireland is filmed and on instagram to see HOWEVER his Burpees are not … the reason is he could not have done BBJ in 1.59. He had that footage taken down for one reason and one reason only
The end game is integrity and it’s something Sean lacks. Still an amazing athlete and that can not be taken away from him, that was not the point of the comments .
