Since each pack came with four pieces, I just double stacked them. I was skeptical about this product but it actually works!!! Floored it to 75mph and no wind buffeting. Not bad for less than $10.
@@CarGuy11 I don't understand people spending $100-$200 on deflectors. I just order another two sets. One set for my Camaro and because I messed up on one side of my Supra so i want to redo the passenger's side. Thanks again. 👍👍
Just me but, I grew up in a depression (young and broke). When I finally had the money to get a car with a heater/defroster I was so happy not to be freezing during winter with fogged up glass. When I got a little more cash I got a car with "air-conditioning". I have never lowered the windows since that day. Now I am curious, I think I will lower the windows on my Supra -Haaa! Thanks for the tip CarGuy ...
That’s awesome! I bought some today as well. I don’t really like any of the more expensive options. I had bought some but didn’t like how they looked, so I used a set on my Highlander which has the same problem.
So far I’ve had this fix for a week and I it’s not a 100% fix. It helps for speeds around 50-60 mph. And it’s cheap. It once you get up to speed around 80 plus, it literally does nothing. I’m not sure if the $200 pieces fix the issue either.
Haaaa ! awesome thank you sir !! all this people asking 200$ for some pieces of plastic with some sticky tape is ridiculous i knew it was just a matter of time before someone came out with a cheaper solution thanks .
This is a problem in the 2020 Corolla too. Roll your rear windows down about 5 or 6 inches and get up to about 35-40mph and the whump whump whump whump is ear shattering. BS!
...but in a 4-door car, you can open the front windows to relieve the pressure differential/buffetting...in the 2-door Supra (and other 2-door cars), you don't have that luxury. Moving the air so it clears the rear edge of the window is key.
@@K03sport This is flaw no matter what the door count is. Never had a car that would rip my ear drums out because I simply roll any of the windows down a few inches.
the more ppl call it a "cheap" fix for the Supra...the more expensive these parts will become because they will see themselves catering to a different market. so, once they are associated with the Supra, say good-bye to the $10 or less.
RUclips THIS NEEDS TO BE ON THE RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!
Appreciate it & hope you check out tons more Supra videos on the channel!
This was a great fix...fixed my issue today. Thanks for the tip!

Any problem with them falling off at higher speeds since they’re stacked on top of each other?
@@osvaldosegura9195 no problems at all. 85-90mph and no wind buffeting. Looks factory to the untrained eyes if you trim it properly.
@@mrjjthor sweet! would love to see it in a picture I just ordered them hope to have no more “wind tunnel” in my car

Nice! Wow Toyota really must not care about this issue on any model!

Darn, I just installed the expensive one yesterday.
Ah can you let us know if you get wind buffeting around 85mph with it?
@@CarGuy11I tried it, still no wind buffeting around or over 85.
Which one did you buy?

I live in Germany and I'm afraid that these things will fly off at high speeds above 100-120 mph on the Autobahn. Anyone who experienced this?
Well they have stayed on so far at track speeds higher than that.
Thanks car guy I was about to spend $200

Why couldn't the engineers design a car that doesn't need cheap plastic crap to make it work correctly?
Exactly lol
Just about all cars have buffeting with windows open today . Porsche 911 and even SUVs
Well at least there is a fix for it.
@@CarGuy11 every car had this issue now laminar airflow to reduce drag . Pets go wild sonic buffeting
