Unfortunately there are no quick fixes to always be first in line 😭
Wtf
This is so true. I was in a car dealership with bad wifi using my phone for BTS concert tickets. My friends were at home with fast wifi and computers and they were 2000+ queue and some didn't get them. I only had 100 people ahead of me 😳 it works!
🎉🎉 always nice when it works out
I’m so nervous to by Enhypen tickets today :(
Good luck!!!
MANIFESTING ATEEZ VIP TICKETS FOR ANAHEIM IN 8 HOURS AHH
I hope this works I missed bp presale and I have a membership…
Best way to jump the line is getting to know people at the venue who will give you access to any ticket blocks for the band or event and yes that still goes on. They are trying to limit the amount of hold back seats to 10 percent instead of the great unknown number now however the venues are fighting this tooth and nail will be interesting to see where it ends up. The final Jays game in Buffalo was huge enjoy the home opener in the skydome.
Time to start building up those relationships. I can only imagine that final game in Buffalo was a great one. Super pumped for the Jays to come back!
@@thumbsuprun How is this for an idea... try doing a live stream showing the ticket action outside the skydome on the first game in town be interesting
Hmm I’ll definitely try to get some of that! Might end up being on IG but I’ll give it a shot for sure 😁🙌🏽
So then what are you referring to in your first video about joining the que without logging in ? Please and thank you
That option only existed prior to the introduction of the queue on all events. I simply was referring to the various options one could expect when trying to buy tickets. Some events don’t have a queue (almost none at this point), but it still happens on occasion. If that’s the case, then yes you can purchase tickets without having to be logged in initially and use the same account multiple times. However, it’s almost impossible to find events like that. Any event with some kind of popularity will have a queue at this point. Only time you won’t see a queue anymore is if the event is already on sale so you can just jump in and buy whatever is left
You definitely got me lol, I'm trying to get some Tyler, The Creator tickets for Toronto next year and this will be my first time I'm SERIOUSLY trying to get tickets to a bigger event so yeah, if this was real that would be amazing
🥲🥲 would be too easy if it were. You should have all the tools you need to succeed though, I believe! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
@@thumbsuprun thanks! Ive seen your videos and It’s looking good, gonna secure some floor seats! 🤞
@@thumbsuprun Update, I found a presale code and i got VIP floor tickets! I can't wait!
Thank you for sharing! I will be using this method when I buy the BTS concert tickets on Wednesday
Good luck!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Update: I was unable to get barricade/Soundcheck and I was 2000+ by the time I got into queue. It’s all based on luck 😂 BUT I still got floor seats, so I’m pretty happy! This ticketing experience was A LOT BETTER than when I bought tickets for BTS in LA (I used my laptop) I like using my phone more 👍
Wooooo!! Floor is still sweeeeeeet! Nicely done! Enjoy the show 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Place in a queue seems to be based on luck and internet speed to a degree.
I had tried for tickets before with a friend when we were literally in the same room, clicking and joining at the same time and the queue number was extremely different. Same happened when we tried for a tickets each from our own house.
Funny enough I used to have the lower number each time but I am not a very lucky person.
As long as the times you’re lucky are when you really want those tickets! Definitely feels completely random unfortunately. I’m always hoping the next event is the one where things will just turn around for me 😬
@@thumbsuprun hi! please help me here! im trying to buy tickets for a concert soon. the presale start on friday. im trying to open two accounts, but i have a question. if i open an acc and i buy the tickets with that acc (not my real name, let’s think is my sisters name) how im gonna have the tickets in MY name… i don’t know if im explain it 😭😭
like my name is 1 and my sister name is 2. i try to buy the tickets but 2 gets in the line first and she buy the tickets, but she’s not going to the concert, how im gonna change the name 2 to mine 1…? is that even possible?
on the other hand. there’s gonna be 2 shows, the sale start at the same time (friday 3pm) even though they are different shows in different places, can i open 2 tabs both of them logged in in MY acc?
That’s not an issue unless you’re buying VIP type tickets that require you to have that person pick up the tickets or vip benefit in person. However, most Ticketmaster events allow you to change the name of the person picking up the VIP benefit within 10 days after the tickets go on sale. So that would just require a simple request to Ticketmaster to update the name
If the tickets are just mobile tickets (which is standard now) then it doesn’t matter who’s name is on the ticket since you just need to scan the barcode from your phone and anyone can do that.
If there are multiple shows on sale for the same artist, you can enter multiple queues with the same account at the same time, but just be aware that if you try to cart tickets on one account, I would NOT recommend you cart tickets for any other event until you have completed the purchase for the original tickets
Definitely not watching this for Beyoncé’s tour...
Good luckkkkkk

HI, you probably are seeing a lot to BTS concert related questions in comments and answering them too so THANK YOU! Am not sure if you will see this but I have a question on opening multiple tabs!? What is your verdict on it!? I'm trying to buy tickets for 4 shows how can I manage to do that!? Any advice is greatly appreciated please and thank you.
So Ticketmaster has specifically said for the BTS tour that opening multiple tabs is going to be fine. Normally I wouldn’t recommend this at all but in this specific situation Ticketmaster has given the OK so you can go ahead and open multiple tabs from the same computer/browser. Best of luck!
Yes, you got me. 😂 I was hoping I’d hear the magic formula. 😂 I wish that the queue didn’t exist and that it was as it use to be-everyone going in at once, but I guess the queue is there to prevent Ticketmaster or AXS from crashing. Or do you think it exists to create a sense of urgency?
I’m sure there’s some form of psychology to it, but my guess is that it’s ideally been put in place to manage traffic and limit spinner bots. Not that it’s a perfect system by any means, and I have a lot of gripes around it too. I have some accounts now that will never be able to get good queue spots so it’s definitely tough, but you just gotta keep finding new ways to go! 🙏🏽
@@thumbsuprun why do you say some of your accounts will never be able to get a good queue spot?
Honestly I agree with the Mobile device. When I bought Harry Styles tickets back in 2019, I was 300 in line. Used my computer this time around I was 1,800. Still got tickets but i really wanted pit. I’ll stick to my phone!
Hi, did you manage to get HS pit tickets?! i’m about to try to buy tickets for general sale for pit and im nervous
@@dagu-kq2vz not yet. My sale goes on at 4 and I’ll be trying
300!! I don’t think I’ve been that far forward in line in years 🤣
Hi thank you for this video! 2 days ago, 'stray kids' north american tour tickets went on sale and ticketmaster was a mess. I was in the queue for almost 25 minutes and all the front seats were gone!! it was sold out within an hour but almost half the venue tickets went back on sale and they were all from scalpers! the VIP tickets were $300 and scalpers are reselling in more than $6k. can you please give me tips on how to avoid them and get in queue faster? I badly need the VIP tickets and if i buy from other sites, the VIP benefits are not transferrable. Do you think the internet speed matters? my net speed was 200 mbps btw! the tickets go on sale on Monday again and I'm considering going to Starbucks for better internet connection!
Unfortunately the best tip I can give you is to have as many friends and family members all running their own Ticketmaster accounts for the event to give yourself the best chance possible. Internet speed matters very little as the queue is randomly assigning places. Sometimes you’re lucky and get through immediately and other times you’re all the way at the back 😭
@@thumbsuprun okay thank you so much for this and have a nice day!! I'll update you soon~
Looking forward to it!
same problem! didn’t get in until they was all sold out and the official platinum tickets were the only tickets left! good luck on trying for tickets tomorrow!! i hope we get them
@@ddoni yeah and they are hella expensive! I feel so bad for stays.. good luck, we've got this!
was actually in the queue and I actually didn’t even know what this was after watching this video! Thanks so much. So I’m going to this concert and was in the queue but I’m not sure happened afterwards likely more faster buyers then me. But my question is can they do the queue over again. Does Ticketmaster restock tickets? I was trying to get vip tickets and I see within seconds sold out.
Ticketmaster generally releases tickets closer to the event date for any last minute venue layout/production changes, but there are rarely any announcements for it. VIP tickets however are very unlikely to resurface, it would mostly be standard tickets
I tried using the mobile app for tickets yesterday during a presale, but I was in the 2000+ spot, and by the time I got in, tickets were sold out. Any advice on how to make my chances even better? I've liked the band on the app as well as I've been a past ticket holder in the past (my concerts were sadly canceled). Thank you :)
Queue placements really are just luck of the draw for the most part unfortunately :( my only recommendation is to just keep things as consistent as possible. If you normally buy tickets from your home WiFi, use that. Don’t try and find a new public WiFi that you think is faster than your home network. I anecdotally find that using a similar network time and time again to be helpful, but really it is all just luck of the draw. When it’s a very popular band, there’s always going to be more than 2,000 people in line so odds are always against you from being at the front. Best of luck! 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
Isn't older account get the higher odds of being at the front of the queue? I have a friend who is a broker and he told me his accounts have instant access to almost every event.
There is some truth to having older accounts getting better access, though the specifics on just having an older account doesn’t always translate to success. If the old account has transferred out all the tickets, it’s possible that the account basically gets flagged and sent back to the end of the queue. It’s very very subjective
Thx so much for all your info! If i buy 2 gold package (w soundcheck) but then can't go, will they be easy to resell? (Is it true soundcheck is not transferable??)
Generally speaking VIP seats like that are non transferable, but the venue may allow you to change the name on the order. Sometimes there are time limits to this, other times not so you’ll need to confirm with the venue or ticketmaster on their specific terms for transferability. If they are issued as mobile tickets though and not as will-call, you will likely be able to resell them easily (but not guaranteed)
I have an urgent question and hope you can help me. The ticket sale starts in 10 hours...
Imagine using wifi on your laptop and mobile data on your phone with 2 different Ticketmaster accounts. Is that possible without being put on the end of the queue, because Ticketmaster thinks you're a bot? Thank you!
That should be fine. As long as the accounts are separate then all is well. Ticketmaster has also updated their queue to allow multiple accounts on the same network to get through (allegedly) without connecting them, but I still prefer having unique accounts on unique connections if and when possible
@@thumbsuprun Thank you so much!!
Background: I live in a rural area, so I realize my connection by computer and/or phone is a little slow.
Question: It irritates me to no end when I “grab” tickets, then it sometimes says “Oops, looks like another fan got them before you.” I’m wondering why it even shows that I have them, if I really don’t. I’m still WAY within the time limit. 🤷🏼♀️
It’s normally just a map that was loaded but the seats haven’t updated in real time. Especially with a slower connection, your map could load up but by the time you actually begin clicking many seats could have been carted and sold. Sometimes you may need to jump back a couple of rows to give yourself the best shot
I have a question. I bought a lot of tickets from different artists on ticketmaster and they automatically put the barcode as a moving barcode and will not allow me to sell these tickets on ticketmaster. Have you experience this?
Those tickets are SafeTix, or tickets with moving barcodes as you mention. These will sometimes allow you to resell them directly through Ticketmaster but it depends on the artist/event. If the event isn’t eligible for resale on Ticketmaster, you can still sell them but only if the transfer option is available. You’d have to sell them on Stubhub or other platforms that allow for mobile transfer delivery.
@@thumbsuprun ok. How do I upload the safetix tickets to StubHub or are you saying that if someone is buying them from me that I can transfer them to StubHub from ticketmaster?
I’m saying once you sell the tickets on Stubhub, you would simply transfer the tickets from Ticketmaster to the ticket buyer. They will give you an email address to send the tickets to, and that’s who you will complete the transfer to. Then you’d go on Stubhub and basically hit a button saying you’ve completed the transfer
@@thumbsuprun wow thanks. And keep up the good work on your youtube videos. I enjoy them slot.
Anytime! 😁 glad to hear to too!
I also had old tickets that I have not sold yet. And ticketmaster change those barcodes into moving barcodes also.
As long as you can find a platform that allows for mobile transfer delivery, you can go ahead and sell them. Just make sure the transfer option is available before listing them
I really need to know this for the IU concert in London after seeing that bloodbath in US
im super late with my comment but after watching several of these videos I do feel like I have more control over the situation. my question is this tho; if I wanna try for more than one date, using web browser on phone would be better than the app, im assuming?
Correct! You can only join 1 queue if you use the app. However, just make sure to keep going back to all your tabs or else you may run the risk of tabs refreshing and you losing your spot
What device would you suggest to use for Harry Styles Ticketmasters verified Fan, mobile app or computer? It’s literally impossible to get these tickets.
I’m trying for Harry tickets too 😩
I like to suggest mobile normally over everything else since it lets you pick entire sections and it’ll populate some options. If you’re dead set on picking your EXACT seats though then I would say use your computer
Did you get them?!
@@thumbsuprun Yeah I tried with my imac first but didn’t succeed I even had my ethernet cable wired from my wifi 😂 After a while I gave up and decided to try on my phone and luckily I was able to get pit tickets but unfortunately only got 1 ticket for my girl. I’ll try again today but this time on my phone
Ahh that’s rough, but at least you got something! Hope the second day went a bit better

How do I find the waiting room section? I wanna get tickets for Justin Bb concert on june 2022 in Mi. Do tickets gets on sale few days before the concert? And then that option will be available? How do I find it & how do I know in what exact time they’ll open tickets on sale so I can be there 15min before. Pleese I need some help!!
Hello! Tickets for that event have already gone on sale so you can start your search by going to Ticketmaster directly and locating the exact event you want. There is no wait room or any queue requirement - that is only when tickets are first going on sale. Since it’s past that point, you can simply go ahead and buy tickets with no issues
hi, I wanted to know if it is useful to open multiple browsers per device ?!
Also if I wait on the page like an hour before opening the waiting room I am always chosen at random with the fast connection and at the istance should I refresh again ?!
It’s only useful to have multiple browsers if each browser will be going for a different event. If they are all going to try to queue for the same event, then you’ll run into errors and you won’t be able to buy anything.
Opening the ticket page an hour before won’t improve your odds. You need to join the queue within 15 minutes of the tickets going on sale, and it is completely random on how ticket queue positions are allocated. You should refresh within 15 minutes only if you don’t see a way to join the queue
ok thanks a lot of suggestions...in fact it was about the same event so it was useless
Is Safari or Google Chrome the best for buying tickets on Ticketmaster?
OMG LOL you definitely got me good here
😂😂😂 the surprise is too good
Thanks for the tips! So when I get past the queue part..does that mean I am the only one buying tix? So I dont have to feel rushed to buy them? Or?
When you get past the queue, it’s you plus whoever else is already in there. So you do need to feel a little rushed to make a decision. Sometimes you’ll just start seeing the little blue dots disappear one after another so try to make a decision quick!
@@thumbsuprun Awesome, thanks!
@@thumbsuprun I'll keep that in mind! Thanks! My fingers will be faster than ever! 😛 Edit: Oh I forgot I already responded! haha! oh well!
Hello it’s possible to take 2 tickets for two different people with the same account? The tickets are nominative
Hi! When you said mobile device, did you mean the mobile browser or the mobile app? just wondering if one is better than the other. thanks!
Personally I like mobile browser better just in case you need to refresh the page for whatever reason 😁
I want to create a second account just for in case, but my name will be different on that account, so how can i still use the ticket from second account to enter the concert?
When you make the second account, just use an abbreviated version of your name. Instead of John Smith, use J Smith 👍🏽
My mom and I both have a Ticketmaster account now but I currently do not have enough money in my personal account to buy a ticket to the concert I'm wanting to go to, so I was wondering (since there are 2 dates at the same location), if I can use 1 account and have 2 seperate tabs/devices to try and get my VIP tickets on either date? Or would Ticketmaster not allow that?
You can run multiple tabs with the same account as long as they are for different event dates. While not recommended, you should be able to make it work. With that said, do NOT have tickets carted in both tabs at the same time or else you run the risk of errors. Get through the checkout process first before starting the second tab checkout process
I am at my college dorm and I’m assuming other people will be trying to get tickets too will the wifi problem be a thing
Hi there! I’m wondering is the verified fan presale code one-time use only or can I use it for multiple shows? Like I have one presale starting at 3pm and another one starting at 6pm, will I be able to use my code to enter both of them?
You can use the code multiple times, but you’re subject to a ticket limit total. If the total limit is 4 tickets per code, you can buy 2 tickets to show one, and another 2 for show two, or any other splits that only add up to 4 total
@@thumbsuprun awesome!! Tysm!!
@@thumbsuprun Sorry to chime in, but I'm also looking at the same thing! So say I'd like to buy tickets to the same show and the limit is 4 tickets. If I were to sign in, buy two tickets and check out using the presale code, you are saying I should be able to go back in and buy another ticket after using the same code? Sorry! I'm new to this
You’ll be able to buy up to 4 tickets across all events. If you want to purchase 4 tickets to the same show, I would recommend carting 4 tickets to the same show as soon as you get in through the queue. If you buy 2 tickets and want to buy another 2 to the same event, you would need to go through the entire queue again to make another purchase on the same event. Instead just buy all 4 tickets the first time you get through the queue
@@thumbsuprun Thanks! I was testing it with another concert and it seems that you can only buy tickets in the same section. So that's why I wanted to try and buy some then buy more
Hi again! If you don't mind answering please, is mobile phone better than laptop?
For a big event like BTS, I would prefer the laptop just because it will take a long time to go through. Normally I like mobile devices but would pick a laptop for this event
hi! i have a question! let’s say all the accounts are different names and email addresses, but the phone number and card info is the same for each! do you think you can end up at the back of a line as a bot?
If each account has similar info such as phone number and card info, then it’s possible that the first couple of times you may not find any issues, but Ticketmaster will eventually link them all together and will likely result in bad queue placements
Silly question, but is it actually true as it gets near the concert date do scalper/resell tickets get way cheaper ????
It CAN happen, and the general trend is yes. However, every single event varies so you cannot always rely on this trend to wait last last minute as some events get more popular as the date approaches and prices rise
@@thumbsuprun 😅 another question I have is: how much do you think the extra fee for a $120 ticket will be ? I heard it ranges between $15-$30 but I just wanna make sure how much it is..
Would expect a ticket at $120 to cost around $150-$160 if bought on Ticketmaster, could be a bit more or less depending on other exchanges
@@thumbsuprun thx
Just want to let u know- I had asked u a couple of weeks ago about Harry Styles tkt strategy- I was successful in getting a pair of tkts to one of his concerts in Nov at The LA Forum.I got them through the Tktmster Verified Fan system.I followed instructions to the letter.I selected 8 dates and got offered tkts to one of them.It was kind of nerve-racking!.I wld say a big issue is that when I was trying to select my seats, I kept getting a pop up saying they had already sold. This happened many times! The system does not keep up with tkts still available during your purchase window. This wasted a lot of time and I ended up with more expensive tkts than I wanted but the cost was still a fraction of what the general sale was offering the next day!! I assume all the dates sold out.Now in resellers hands-$$$$$$$$.Thanks 4 ur advice.
Just glad to hear you were able to get tickets eventually! It’s definitely tough when the tickets on the map aren’t able to keep up with the tickets flying off the shelves, but it’s all about just trying to keep at it until it works 😁
Does opening multiple queues with the same internet increase your chances? Eg. Multiple laptops and phone?
They would all need to be different accounts with their own unique info for this to work, and generally using multiple devices on the same network can lead to issues with device blocks, over the limit errors and the like. If you have the ability, each device should be running on its own network if possible and make sure they all have their own Ticketmaster account running
no that actually ruins your odds. its about your ip address and the more traffic they see typically that is bad. its about using different ip per account via proxies.
you've probably answered this before but i've seen people get to 0 seconds on the countdown and the it just stays on that page without getting to the queue. when the countdown is over do should you stay the page and it should automatically go to the queue or do you refresh the page once the countdown hits 0 seconds?
Generally speaking you should be able to get into a queue before it gets down that low in the countdown. However, if you try to refresh the page at less than 1 minute on the countdown and it keeps you there, then let it go to 0 and wait a few seconds. If the screen doesn’t change saying it’s trying to get you in the queue at that point, I would refresh once after about 10 seconds and then wait
Never done this before….got a verified fan code. Tix go on sale at 4pm and the waiting room opens 30 mins before. Does that mean it doesn’t matter if I join the waiting room at 3:31, 3:43, or 3:57….my place in line will be randomly redetermined by algorithm?
Preparing for MW too 😂
@@shelbirae47 you know it…
Is the app necessarily any better? Or is using a safari tab the same chances or even better?
Should be the same chances overall I find using mobile is nicer for selecting sections around the venue, but desktop is better for picking individual seats
I didn’t understand well, I understood that I need to use a mobile phone and has to be a large artist, but for example, if I would like to buy for an festival, works in the same way? And do I only have to use my cellphone and be a large artist to be in the 1st place of the queue? please tell me
Essentially the whole process is unfortunately randomized, and shouldn’t matter if you use a mobile device, computer, laptop etc
Hello! Thank you so much for your videos, I’ve learned a lot these past days that BTS permission to dance concert was announced and pre-sales are tomorrow and I’m so nervous 😭 I would’ve liked to try using my phone this time but I want to go for two different dates so I need to use my laptop. Any advice you could give me to have a smooth experience when using the laptop? Anything that might help me so it doesn’t get slow? I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question, I just want to make sure I know everything lol
Thanks again and I hope I get tickets 🤞🏻✨🎟
Best advice is to just make sure you only use one tab per show, use the same browser for all tabs, and try not to refresh your tabs. It will be slow regardless so just be prepared for it to take some time. It won’t be an easy process but as long as you’re patient you’ll be good to go!!
@@thumbsuprun thanks so much! I have a last question: Last year I bought my VIP tickets with my boyfriends Ticketmaster account, and the unique code this year was issued with his account. If I manage to buy sound check, will this be a problem as my boyfriend will probably not able to go? What do I need to do?
Thanks again!
If he isn’t able to go but you need to buy tickets from his account, you should be able to change the will call name on the order by either contacting ticketmaster or the venue directly (assuming they are delivered as will call). Last time they toured they allowed name changes for a couple of weeks after purchase so it may be as simple as contacting the venue. One way you could also manage this is to change the name on the ticketmaster account to yours (though wouldn’t recommend). However, name changes should be available again. There is also a potential for the event to deliver the tickets as mobile delivery which would allow you to simply use the account yourself (but won’t know until tickets start to go on sale). Essentially there are some ways to get a name change on will call tickets, just takes some work
@@thumbsuprun thank u so much for your quick response and help! I will go with the first option; buy the tickets and then contact the venue to change the names in case I get VIP with soundcheck, if not I could just transfer the tickets to my account. Appreciate your advice and hope you have a nice day ! 🤗
Were you able to get tickets? On yesterday's presale I wasn't able to get any :"( did you use your laptop or phone to buy the tickets?
about using the app, should i stay on the page and watch the countdown or should i only open the app when i know the countdown is over
Stay on the page with the countdown. It should eventually switch over to ask you to join the queue. If the countdown gets to 5 mins or less and it hasn’t asked you to join the queue yet, refresh the page and then try again
wait so this means that if your the very first person to click on the queue button it doesn’t guarantee you first place?
Correct - first to click on the queue button doesn’t matter since you get randomly placed in line
@@thumbsuprun Thanks! I was really about to try and be 6 hours early to secure twice tickets
Oh dear! Waiting rooms only open about 15-30 mins before an event so no need to join earlier than that 😊
Will it work for a sporting event
Hello, I have a quick question. How do I use two different devices, like my phone and computer to buy tickets, but only be logged into one account like on my phone. Do I not log into the other account, or do I create another account? This is urgent, please and thank you.
You can only be using two devices if each device has its own account (specifically for Ticketmaster). If you attempt to use the same account on two devices at the same time, you’ll run into errors and not be able to get through the queue/complete a purchase
@@thumbsuprun ohh okayy, thank u!
Question for you, I watched your other videos on tips to good tickets 🎫 , now my question is if I join the que on the APP and join the que on the WEB page (I’m logged in on the app allready )
Do I log in on the Web page too or stay logged out ? Since I’m on two different formats does it mean I’m two times in line ? Please and Thank you
If you’re using the same account on both instances, it will kick you out of one of them if it’s the same event. It won’t let you join since the queue is smart enough to realize where you’re logged in and will keep you to just one spot in line
So do I and can I join the que on the web page and stay logged out ? Thank you
Nope, not anymore. Once a queue shows up, you are forced to log on. If no queue, only then can you get away with not logging on. Rare to have that happen though these days. Was more common a few years back
I tried to get tickets to garth brooks recently and I waited the 10 minute countdown it threw me in the queue at 200,000+ in front of you then kicked me out after 10 min, logged back in at 250000+ in front of me and it kicked me again I said eff it.
The Garth brooks queues are one of the worst I’ve seen in many years. Every single time it takes forever and a day to get through 😭😭
hello!! svt presale tickets go on sale like in 15 hours an i was wondering if i use my phone to get the tickets should i use the browser or app? also will using my phone lower my chance of getting three tickets? 😭
I would say use your phone if you’re just looking to get 3 tickets and aren’t too worried about the exact seats they are. Mobile let’s you pick entire sections at a time so that should make things easier for you 😁

Do I have to use the browser or I can use the normal app? And can I use klarnak in the browser or not ?
You can use the Ticketmaster app if you prefer, I find it buggy but it’s obviously improved over the years as well so it may not be as bad nowadays. As for Klarna, you should be able to use it on any platform you are checking out from
Thanks I’m gonna try this for a concert that i gotta buy a ticket from
Buy buy buy!! Good luck 😁
Relatively a bigger band? The Rolling Stones? You are full of it brother.
Isit advisable to be in the queue or just wait for the sale to be open
Always get the in the queue. If you aren’t, then you have no shot of getting tickets
Does this work using the App on your phone ?
I have some questions and it seems you’re the only one who can answer my question😂. How do I know if I got scammed. All the tickets in my Ticketmaster wallet say “Ticketmaster” but the ones I bought on OfferUp got transferred to my phone through Apple wallet but it says “Ticketmaster verified tickets” it looks like the logo in your thumbnail. How can I get these tickets in my Ticketmaster account or how can I even sell these tickets. Please get back to me thank you
Were the tickets sent as screenshots? Or were they actually transferred via Ticketmaster? If just screenshots, they’ll never be officially in your Ticketmaster account since you’re essentially just being sent an image of the tickets. That isn’t to say screenshots can’t be valid, but it depends on the type of ticket it is as well. If you want to message me on IG @thumbsuprun I can take a look for you
ahh i’m trying to get p1harmony tickets on thrusday and there’s only 1.7k seats in the venue 😭 i’ll update!!
Good luck! Are there presales you need codes for?
@@thumbsuprun thank u!! i haven’t seen anything about a presale :(( tickets go up at 3pm today wow!!
I believe!!
@@thumbsuprun long story short, new york sold out in 11 minutes but luckily i’m in philly so guess who’s going to see them in dc :)!
Woohoo!! Glad you got your tickets 😁😁
imma get those sza tickets TRUST
I want to ask. The 6 digit promo code on the ticket master is what number is it? I don't understand, please help her. Thank you🙏💜
Which presale are you talking about exactly? Depending on the presale it’s generally the first 6 digits of the credit card for Citi presales (412800) but it could vary for other presales
@@thumbsuprun thanks🙏💜
So obvious that the events you entered are not fresh anymore means it's already started few hours ago.
Try doing that hack the moment the tickets going on sale. Of course you would be #1 in queue if you're purchasing well after the tickets were released (as long as the ahow isn't sold out.) You are competing with as many people at a later time.
😭
hi! i have a presale code for a concert that starts in two days! very sought after show and group. i’m going to try to get tickets for my friends and i. can my friends also use my presale code on their account? while i’m also using it to up our chances??
Sorry for the late reply. I assume this was for blackpink? Codes should have been able to be used on any accounts, though once a code is used for the full allotment then it becomes invalid afterwards. Hope you were able to get those tickets!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@thumbsuprun it was for blackpink! i was able to get two floor tickets with soundcheck for the added 2nd la date on general presale day! my code ended up being useless the first day LOL thanks for replying and for your tips! :)
Aha well at least you got the tickets!!! Gonna be awesomeeeee 🎉🎉🎉
Are you using the app? Is that the best thing to do?
I personally love using the app more than computer, just because I can select sections a lot easier. Ticketmaster has streamlined the mobile and desktop experience to be the same mostly so they are very equivalent. However, I personally like the app the best to search for tickets
@@thumbsuprun I see your comparing the app to the computer, but what Google on my phone compared to the app?
Should be the same, though in the past couple of weeks I’ve begun to use the web browser version more. Whenever I want to refresh a page you can’t do it on the app (though it’s rare when I need to). I would say test out both in advance, see what’s most comfortable. Nothing wrong with either in the end. Web browsers are very useful and powerful these days
What if it says on partner site?
If my parent buy ticket for me do they need my information while buying ticket?
No, they will not need your info unless the tickets are will-call delivery (or there is an in person VIP experience where the purchaser name is used to assign the benefits). If it’s just a standard mobile ticket that is being purchased, your parent can purchase the ticket using their own info and you’ll have no issues
Not true. Was on my phone and by the time it waa my turn tickets were sold out nearly and only expensive tickets for like €400. Tss
Is it better to use the app or go through a web browser?
I prefer the app but the web browser will function the exact same way. If you use the browser then you can have other tabs open easier for other things in safari/chrome on your phone
@@thumbsuprun how does the refreshing on mobile exactly work, this part has always confused me
Basically if you try to join a queue before the event queue has opened, your screen will show the event page and the countdown. In the app it should automatically refresh when the queue opens up, but if you’re within 10 minutes of the event and you don’t see it refresh to the queue, you should back out of the event and then open it up again. It should then prompt you.
However, once you’re in the queue in the app, do NOT leave the app or back out of the event as this will potentially kick you out of your queue placement and you’ll need to restart. Just keep an eye on the screen and keep it active so you don’t get kicked out
@@thumbsuprun thank you so much for the tips. I’m trying to snag some Metallica tickets today so I’m trying to do my due diligence and secure some good seats. There’s about an hour and thirty minutes before they go live so I’m just trying to figure everything out.
No problem! Just join the queue about 10-15 mins before and you shouldn’t have any problems. If you have other friends with Ticketmaster accounts then try to get them to also join the queue to give yourself the best odds 😁
Does internet speed mater much???
It does once you get through the waiting room in terms of how fast your connection can handle loading everything and making your selections, but for the waiting room there is no impact at all on speed
would love to see you try for a bts concert
I’ll add it to the list of stuff to record! More videos are on the way…soon 🤞🏽🤞🏽
So is there a reason why TM suggests using a PC/Desktop instead of mobile?
Generally a desktop/pc will give you the ability to select your seats easier, can normally run faster than a phone, and in the past it was the only way to go through verified fan presales. They’ve since introduced verified fan presales into their app and mobile browser, but selecting individual seats is still a slow and painful process from the phone
@@thumbsuprun So you can get 1st place in the queue faster on the phone but seat choice is slower on phone….And choosing seats is faster on a laptop but getting #1 in queue is slower? So then which is better?🥴I was going to use phone but now idk. 🙈
If you want to individually pick seats, always choose a laptop/pc because selecting seats is very cumbersome using a mobile device
@@thumbsuprun Thanks alot! :)
will this work for olivia rodrigo
No, need to watch the other queue videos I have. This was a joke video 😫 just make sure you signed up for the verified fan presale and follow the instructions provided from Ticketmaster. Queue spots are completely random unfortunately
LOL i'm tryna get tickets for olivia rodrigo too
Gluck!!!!!!🍀🤞🏽
@@thumbsuprun rip it sold out in 30 minutes LOL
Just use phone?
You said use mobile. Mobile with Wi-fi?
Mobile with WiFi is fine, I prefer mobile data but they’re both fine tbh
I can’t even join the queue cuz I am not a verified fan
Should I use the app or a web browser on the phone?
Web browser! My preferred option between the two
@thumbsuprun cool also I got 8 phones is it smart to load up all the phones with one account?
No. If you use the same account on all phones you’ll run into errors
@thumbsuprun alright also sorry for the question but hoe many device should I have on one account?
One device per account. If you want to use multiple devices, they all need their own account. One device can open multiple tabs from the same account but that’s the only way to use the same account multiple times. Otherwise each device needs to have its own account
Who, me? Watching this for Ghost’s Retour? No way 😅
Did you get your seats?!
u recommend the app or on the internet?
Go with web browser if you’re going to use your phone. Just in case you run into a problem and need to refresh the page for whatever reasons
The first step was not true in my case, several times! The computer was always faster and that's logical. I use ethernet on computer, always faster refresh rate then wifi !!!!
Everyone will have a different experience for sure, it also depends as to where you get placed in the queue as well and that’ll have an impact on how crazy the traffic can be and how fast you may experience your map refresh. Good to see you found what works best for your setup though! Buy buy buy!!!
I noticed you didn’t click on “open the app”. So use the mobile device and don’t use the app?
Yes I much prefer mobile browser over the app. This way you have the ability to refresh if need be on the map once through in case of any issues
Its just because you already past the big sale when everyone was actually in line... This probably was the day after all the tickets went on sale so of course you’re going to be first in line since everyone already got their tickets... This video was nonsense. Love your channel tho
that’s what i was thinking also.. but do you think laptop or phone is better?
@@bluelovergirl i would set up both and see which one is faster
Yeah the video was essentially just trying to say that it doesn’t matter because you can’t just jump the queue, it’s an entirely randomized process. People swear by laptop, others by phone, others by tablet etc. think it’s just different for everyone. Best of luck though!
i will cry if i wont get my tickets tomorrow 😭😭
I believe in you!! 🤞🏽
@@thumbsuprun Didn't get them, thanks tho 🙏
Next time!!
did you use your phone?
Misleading title if you admit you actually can't be first in line
It’s really more a piece on why it can’t really be done. Check the tagged comment 😭
IRS
i need ono tickets
Good luck!!
This video makes no sence... Just join on your mobile divice and you will become first in line. Why?
This video shouldn’t be taken literally - you cant guarantee first in line 😢 it’s truly all about just having the most amount of devices and accounts joining the queue to give yourself the best shot
No
Just be a good little sheep and you can go to your show lol
🐑🐑🐑
What a bunch of BS... this guy got in the cue at 10pm at night. These examples were not the first day of the sale... He simply waited till no one was in the cue, at night and days after the tickets were available.
This video is why youtube needs a dislike button. I just wasted my time watching this....
Sorry to hear that! Don’t worry though, I know this video isn’t well liked so please be sure to hit the button 👀
Yeah you got me. Wasted my time which is exactly why I won’t subscribe or watch Amat more of your videos. Lol.
🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫 hahaha 🤣
😂😂😂
What the hell mann...simply wasting time....holy_____________
😭😭
What a waste of my time....
😭😭
I don’t come to RUclips to get got. My time is valuable I’d rather 5 minutes not be wasted on a joke that’s not funny
😢
755 dislikes okay yeah not watching
a 100% first in queue for the "MOST ANOYING PRESENTATION" - Award .... the way he spea.... no he screams .... just pain in the a.... . THANKS FOR NOTHING! #H_SOHN
