Simply exquisite personal spaces…..This home is a treasure. Muriel’s creativity knows no bounds! Amanda is elegant, without pretense, grounded and curious. Home has some lovely elements; I do not like all the dead birds, adds a heaviness for such a young woman as Amanda - . I’d have loved her to do the tour of her home, herself. The rug from Italy is stunning.

The room is very warm and inviting but I think putting the TV on top of a fireplace is wrong. It is way too high and competes with the fireplace for visual attention.

The way the gardens are so lush They practically take over - there’s such a secret storybook magic to them, and the beautiful femininity and collected textiles on top of the handmade, masculine strength & beauty of the structure.

I adore the sun room and what you did with the chairs. Also the nooks in the bedroom - my mother adored fabrics and hated bland homes with no colour and I see what she means and you have shown that the banquettes etc bring life to a white room. I love stripes too.

Admire your friendship; beautiful pair. The birds & the fireplace screen are really lovely. The shades/ window coverings throughout are subtly stunning. Charming curves on the headboard, love it. All the lampshades & selection of lamps are beautiful. The cushions favors she gifted from her birthday are so lovely. She should create a cushion line?!?

Your friend reminds me of my Russian friend and I also have a Spanish friend and both bring their different cultural ideas to our friendship and I have to say they are more open and honest than some cultures. I also learn alot about food, relationships, textiles and design and culture.

This is the strangest tour to date…. I love the house but not the decor. It was a bit distracting to have two hostesses…
Hmmm… this channel has had two hosts before, perhaps you missed those videos or maybe it is the way they are dressed and their hairstyles that are distracting.
It was a little different, but I think it was cozy and comfortable. Just the taxidermy wasn't my thing at all.

I love moody interiors. If you take out the taxidermy, its a great house. It was annoying having the designer lead the tour.
