to control the algae you have to stay below 50% but this way the aquarium seems off

I keep Geophagus Surinamensis and Tapajo Reds. My spectrum profile peaks at:
W 50
B 85
G 70
R 55
....either side of a 3 hour break between 1215 and 1515, where WBGR are set to 20.
Colours are amazing.
