Dear Sarah, thank you so much for these videos! I am a 70 year old man, and I've never done any ballet in my life. My wife and I have been following the classes since the first one was published, and daily practice is an important part of our routine. Whilst I know I will never be any good, I find the exercises to be beneficial for balance, flexibility and posture, as well as being enjoyable. Thanks again, Eddie!

This is the end of our online Silver Swans classes, but they will remain online until the end of the year for you to repeat. Many Silver Swans Licensees are also offering Silver Swans classes at the moment.
