I was born in '63...first heard/listened to Kate and Anna's DANCER WITH BRUISED KNEES album....saw them @1985...with Janie as guest pianist...headliners at a WNEW-FM MIEXED BAG IN CONCERT at the Beacon Theater...along with a brand new Suzanne Vega///first album, Janis Ian and Maria Muldaur. As I recall, they had some tech. problems on the start of LOVE OVER + OVER..but not as thorough as the 'hot mess' in this live tribute to Kate. I adore nearly every song that the McGarrigles ever put on vinyl and acetate. They certainly EARNED far grater "popularity"....but I'd fear it MAY have caused them to un-work the 'magic' in both their songwriting and live performances.
Great song, great tribute for a great woman. Still feel so bad for Anna. RIP Kate.

Lovely Anna.
I only saw the hug and that was enough for me to almost faint and leave the concert totally uplifted :-))
Awesome! They're such fantastic people! I
OK so it isn't perfect musically but the enjoyment they are all sharing more than makes up for any imperfections.
