Sanding Until it's Perfect.

Believe it or not the sanding done for these earrings is quite technical. the finding is actually layered between 2 slices of clay. Despite my trying to make them perfectly even in thickness it's not easily done. Some slices are thicker than others and involves strategic sanding because the finding also should be somewhat centered between the two slices. This may require more sanding on one side than the other. When done properly all pieces are the same thickness with the findings centered. I just have to pay attention is all.
