I really love the simplicity of your videos! I am beginner in ceramics and your videos are easy to understand . It has been so helpful in my journey to ceramics! ❤️the leaf turned out so pretty!
Hola!
Hi! For this project you need to get: clay (in this case I used a low temperature white clay 1040°) and a low temperature glossy white glaze 1040°) Remember it requires being fired in a kiln for ceramics!
You can use kiln stilts they have metal high fire prongs to lift it off the kiln shelf. Or you can just wax a part of the bottom before glazing and wipe away a bit of glaze to keep it from sticking.
Seems like standard ceramics clay, the kind that has to be kilned. More specifically, it's hard to tell, but it seems similar to Wonder White, which is what I use
Hi! It's recommended to start with low temperature clays, they are cheaper and easier to shape and fire. The range of colors for painting and glazing available is wider. But it's also true that the pieces are less resistant. So I recommend quickly switching to a medium temperature clay
Hi, it's necessary to remove the glaze from the base (I used wax so this was not necessary) But you can also glaze the piece completely and fire it on some wire supports, which will give it greater impermeability and therefore durability. I could not include absolutely all the steps in a 60 second video, the maximum time that Shorts allow, the idea was to show a simple project that everyone can do
Hola!
Hey! I have Goodnews for you Dearie👌 The Good News is that God's promise of entering his place of rest still stands. It was announced to us just as it was to some people of old. But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them. They couldn't enter because of disobedience and unbelief. This is a call to enter into God's rest, so what is stopping you ? Is it disobedience? Jesus has been made a sin offering, he died already, allow him into your heart so you can find rest from your labour. This load is too heavy for you to carry, let him help you. Another Goodnews is that he is the only God that forgives and forgets (Heb 10:17, Heb 4 "I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.") saith the Lord. He is knocking, allow him today.

This is air dry clay and takes a day or two to dry. The varnish is used to protect the painting and it is applied using a paint brush
I want to know too

Can you teach please ceramic dough for plates
That's pottery clay, not dough. It must be fired in a kiln, and the color is a glaze. It is fired again and produces that glass-like finish.
Is that air dry clay
Is that water with the sponge on the secomd step? And is it better not to wet the clay when forming the shape?
Hi, yes, it's a slightly damp sponge, there is no problem in moistening the clay at this stage, but not too much!
@@UmiCeramics thank youu for answering! hope you make more tutorial videos, they’re very helpful 😊
