When pausing the game, you can read what buffs/debuffs do. Evasion lets you ignore getting hit while it is active. Each would-be landed hit on the buffed character just consumes a stack of evasion, so multi-hit attacks consume stacks of evasion quickly. It's basically Unflinching, but you don't even take damage in addition to not getting staggered. @@nurseaika
Have you done one with only SAs that increase damage (inkling, flytrap, purrminator, decrypted, etc) ? if you think just raw damage increase is too restrictive, you could use stuff like ninja star, cold stones, dragon brawler, jawbreaker, etc
Deadeye gives you +50% piercing off the bat. If you can manage to keep Deadeye on consistently, you can afford to spend your stats elsewhere. Dahlia has several sources where she can gain Deadeye on her own, like Onslaught and her Prestige Ability.
Inflict healblock (with Eliza's chaos banish or with Class Cutter for example) or inverse polarity (with psykid). Death with is also a good counter, assuming uhost has no time to die marquee, so slime would deal an insane damage on crits. She's one of if not the best defender in the game.

Deadeye negates all of the opponent's defense and she can inflict armor break thanks to her marquee and bb1 so you don't really need piercing
