Is there a way to bend the spoon without touching it. like not using two hands?
I’m not advanced enough to get the spoon to bend with only my mind. This is a beginners course so we use the hands to help.

I thought bending spoons was ( not touching the spoon) with your mind only
Not touching it at all is very advanced (like the famous Uri Geller) and I’m not there yet. This is beginner mode. ❤️ it’s like learning to walk; first you crawl. Have to start somewhere.
@@TheMoonTreeIntuitive Uri Geller bent spoons with his hands as well. That's not telekinesis. That's just bending spoons with your hands.
Yeah true It's not really Telekinesis if you're physically bending it
In the future, it might help validate your claims by seeing how the spoon bends prior to your energy work, maybe even have another person try it too. Because as of now, how do we know you could always have bent that spoon

I used to bend spoons quite often, more than I would like to admit. Useful for when you're shooting up heroin. Spoons aren't that difficult to bend. I thought you were gonna attempt to bend the spoon with psychic energy alone not physical effort.

and then eventually one practices using only the mind.

If you already assume it isn’t real then it likely won’t work for you. I would suggest reading The Biology of Belief by Dr Bruce Lipton.

A belief that you can do it has to be there too. Telekenisis doesn’t happen with a blocked mind.
