Lets switch gears and instead of picking locks, we will bypass them! I showcase my upgraded Sparrows under door tool (UDT) and show you its various applications.
I have absolutely zero interest in getting into physical pen-testing, but I love these videos for showing me the things I should be considering for my own security. Thank you for sharing.
Very cool video and great modifications of the UDT. I plan to try this out now, too. We just showed the technique in class today, would have loved to have also shown them this new tweak. Great work! :-)
I did enjoy this video. Very interesting to see how a tool like this is used. Great demonstration. Excellent modifications to the commercial tool. Sparrows should watch this and take note! Very clever. Thanks for this video, cheers
I have to say, you are absolutely brilliant with you ideas and skill. I'm found your channel from Dev. I'm glad I'm subscribed to you now. Keep up the great work and stay safe.
alternatively to the keybak are those fishing pole retractors/retainers which are made to prevent losing your fishing pole in a lake or ocean. t-reign for example have models with kevlar cords. more heavy duty than badge holder retractors. but that keybak also does the job.
TheNotSoCivilEngr just an fyi if you plan on trying this. the stainless cable loop tends to fray and break off. i would replace that piece (which you can get separately) with the one with black nylon cordage.
I love what it. Being able to keep it compact is just amazing. I do worry the cut may weaken the tool though. Possible too much stress which could cause the tool to snap.
@@amihirata Basically similar. Just trying to give it a more "cleaner" look so it seems more professional. Ideally have the device break down into 3-4 sections
@@amihirata Exactly. Surprised that there isn't already something like this on the market. I'd definitely consider selling my own collapsing UDT once I've finished testing. How long is that Key Bak you use?
Very cool modifications and improvements on the original, very well thought out👍 I've seen hotel doors having the lever facing vertically and down, would this tool work for that, if not do you have one? Great demonstration video, have a great week👍😀✌️
The one I've used, probably 50 times, has a circle on the tip that holds the wire. You don't need to get the wire behind the lever, just go over the lever and pull down. When you need the wire is if the lever doesn't turn back toward the door, hook the lever-angle tool to middle of the door and pull down with the wire also angled to middle of door- push door open before tool comes off lever. Don't know the brand of tool. I put a fishing bobber on my wire to keep it from going under the door when I needed it. NEVER had to modify it.
Hey, great vid. The keybak, did you use the original cable in the keybak or replace it with another ? I'd be interested in buying some off you if possible, my biggest issues is all the cable replacements in Australia are horrible. Lastly a lever with no return, so a straight lever, if there a mid you suggest to help when the tool just slides off ?
Would construction 9 wire be to thick or flexible to make one of these? Also I have 90 braided Muskie fishing line to put on my key retracter it should work.
The hardest part about this video wasn't making the tool, or showing us how to use it -- it was following LPL protocol and showing little more than your hands or feet.
Bet you speak volumes to customers of the usefulness of the tools, then. At least you've researched very basic level but suggest you put them in the hands and test to speak personally unless you wanna be another bullshit vendor just hawking shit
those are against fire regulation in most buildings . these videos are for pentesters testing companies security not teaching any noob to open his house doors .teaching people to open house doors like this would be illegal
Ever seen this ruclips.net/video/gC85o-diRio/видео.htmlm? The dead bolt attack seems interesting, the door knob one seems like it would be hard to pull off.
nope he is helping physical security testers keep buildings safe by pointing out badly made security . for every thief that watches this there will be 1000 security experts . and if you take it off youtube the security experts will not see it and the thiefs will go to dark web . also thieves just break a window they dont care about all this because they teach eachother . you know nothing about the security world so the onlyone not meant for these videos is you

I guess you will get a lot of views of LPL in the next few days... Great tool you made there

The crash bar application was so cool
Wow the information in demonstration you did in the video with excellent at it helped me out a great deal on the job as a maintenance man at a hotel

Mmmm. Almost like someone should forge it that way
Well done 👍
I call it the one string violin
I'm working on a modification to make this portable. Use 1ft rods that have threaded ends like some used in rifle cleaning tools.

the one you have is the one everyone has. including him . but he upgraded it because it had flaws . dont be trying to teach the teacher dude

When storing the UDT for perhaps a week or more can you leave it folded in your backpack or do you stretch it out?
Genial desarrollo de la idea.

What model key back are you using
Great demonstration!! What size is the wire? Is it possible to make one? Happy pickings!!
yep it is verry easy to make with a coat hanger and any rope
How did you cut that whole?
Great video, thank you for posting this. Btw, really like your boots. Are those the Thursday Captain? Really nice regardless.
@@amihirata You gotta love a good pair of boots. I'll have to check them out. Thank you :)

@@Tanjey. Mhmm. They got me
@@UpYourArsenal lmao
What lbs rope are you using?
9:19 You say that you review the bag in ep 9 however on your channel that seems to be a bore scope video. Did you delete it?
Where is video of items you have in backpack? Can't locate it. Great channel
we stock and sell the Keedex tool, never actually used one myself.

If so: Good luck against China and the other middlemen exactly like you.
I work in a corporate building
And all the doors are L handles & crash bars
Wait! Where's the backpack video?? You say it's in video 9, but this is only video 2. 🤔
Lmao
“Just that quickly we’ve got it open”. Did LPL stole this line from you???
thats like sayong the phrase "hi how are ya" belongs to someone
