Then you need to quit being an employee and start being an independent contractor (That's a 1099 filing status) so that you are "in control" of your paycheck and not someone else.
Then you get paid in Cash (you can accept checks and suchlike, that's at Your discretion) and you just stop filing taxes.

Putin is a young global leader graduate and was good friends with Henry Kissenger. In my opinion this is all planned theatre to justify something bigger at a later stage. It's always problem, reaction, solution. This will just ramp up the money laundering campaign. They'll probably find an excuse to charge more for fuel at the same time.
