Not everything is good that humans invent, and I think that AI will probably seem great in its beginning stages for people to go along for the buy-in, but after that it will change for the worse. Once the people are hooked than it will be too late, they have come too far to turn around. When Hitler came to power Germans loved him because he turned their poverty and depleted economy around. They where sitting pretty economically and people were happy. However their was a turning point. Then Hitler's true colors came out. I think that's what will happen with this new technology.

Plenty of Christians work on Sundays even though the Bible says no work and must be dedicated to God, but honestly... some make compromise by saying as long as I take time to reflect his/her life with God and spend time with God... I still could pick up some shifts later. That's a compromise and widely tolerated/accepted by many modern Christian movements. In the old times, the consequence of sin is death and must be redeemed through great difficulty... but with the introduction of Jesus, as long as you genuinely repent and ask forgiveness... done. You are forgiven. Bamm. Imagine how life could've changed for many players in Old Testament. I bet when AI becomes so wide-spread, it cannot be ignored or dismissed and Christianity will adapt. I feel like I'm one of the few christians who think that AI is inevitably God's language, because AI is a reflection of what intelligence means, and God is the ultimate intelligence, and AI will always be infinitely less intelligent than God, and what we have before us is still a mere tool. A robot cannot see good and evil. Only humans and God can. AI will be destructive, but like Jesus said, men of God must also carry a weapon, and in 203X, I believe AI will be that weapon. It's just a matter of those who live out God's word get there hands on it. This is why I lean more to christian orthodoxy when it comes to theology, because I believe that Jesus was the only true begotten son of God and was sent here to die for our sins, so he could show us how to live and be more like God, so when the day came that a sword like AI was made, the world wouldn't fall into the hands of satan.
