I absolutely love your version more! The fabric photographed in the most breathtakingly stunning way with the color shift! No flaws detected in photos so please give yourself ALL the credit! You SLAAAYY, Vincent!!!
I love that you always make a piece with an unusual shape, ups the difficulty level but makes the process really enjoyable to watch! Love how the top looks in the red carpet pics!
The red carpet pictures looked really good. I just practiced hemming stuff on the sewing machine and by hand on scrap pieces of fabric until I got better. There wasn't any internet or RUclips when my grandmother's were both teaching me. I was around 7 or 8 when the sewing lessons started. When you can actually create and WEAR something you've sewed, knitted, croqueted or produced from a concept drawing....you've literally graduated from design school. Just practice on scraps of fabric while you watch tv. Hemming by hand will become 2nd nature to you...and just practice with the correct needles on the machine. It'll get easier. But hit the fabric store and buy the correct sewing thread and sewing machine needles. The hemming will also look smoother with the correct thread for whichever fabric you are using. Bulky thread with transparent or silky material needs silk or thin rayon thread. Every material needs specific thread to lay smoother. And there's always a fabric store having a sale. Buy new fabric because you deserve EVERYTHING. Love you so much 🤗❤🇨🇦
Ooooohhh Fabulous!!! Vincent you killed this.. I hope you realize you deserve all the nice things in this world, including new fabric. Do I love that you make use of what you have? Yes I love seeing your brain and creativity work, but I love also seeing what it can do when you have all the tools as well. 💗
You’re an artist creating sculpture out of a difficult and unpredictable medium. Would you consider a clothes making course at night school? It would elevate your skill set and make some of these problems easy fixes. X
Honestly it's really not that bad, great conversation starter and it's original. You are talented, not many people get creative and take initiatives and risks. Puls you rocked it! You did great sweety😂💪🏼❤
I think the top actually looks so good!!! The hem is a little wonky but i still like it and it looks good on you :) I can't wait for more diy/sewing videos!!
Next video you’re making your first flared pants! I feel like you’ll get to express you’re identity & creativity more. You’ll be a pro at it eventually 😎
@Vinsainto maybe Naomi has a pants you can overline for a pattern and just tweak it up to your liking. It doesn't have to be flared of course. I'm just curious to what you'll do with it. #TeamLibra we rock!!
I need this hoody and vest combo! I also need those arms too pull it off. Can I ask what size the low lights hoodie is? And who makes the vest love the cut ❤
Exactly what I was going to say! Choosing the right fabric for a project is the most important factor for the success of a sewing project, besides having inspiration to try at all ❤ We love you for trying and coming up with a very cool result! Bravo 👏
I studied fashion design and I gotta say I'm impressed how well you did with such a difficult fabric! Its looks great! The inspo looks like a stretch jersey of some kind - way easier to work with for a draped design like that - but you ended up with a lovely garment
That’s bubbling inside you isn’t creativity, it’s just gas. 😂 just kidding you’re amazingly creative ❤ I just thought that line was perfect for a punchline
I think you just pick clothes that are a VERY acquired taste because um... the outcome always looks so absurd but I guess that's how the inspiration photos look too. Just not a style many people are used to. Like runway show clothes but ypu never see that on the street because tbh... they're just wonky and never look good on anyone.
That’s so sweet? I would think, as a viewer, sponsored videos are kinda annoying to watch? But frankly, I’d love to do some (if the sponsored product fits,) as it would take some pressure off videos performing well hahah Howevvvver, so far, the few offers I’ve had didn’t work out, because many companies operate more locally usually, and my viewership is very international
Your knowledge of niche song lyrics is unmatched honestly
I think this is the best compliment I’ve ever gotten, honestly
Hahaha
You're always worth new fabric. 💟

Like I know it would be wayyyy smarter for me to start with basic projects, but it’s so boring hahah I love (struggling with) a challenge
Vincent you did an amazing job and you absolutely slayed on the red carpet! Much love from Sydney, Australia 😊

I think this could be cute with a leather corset or some chain details.
You definitely need a long necklace to wear with that, but you look great in that color❤
mahmood😍😍
Heck ya! i love it so proud of you! keep going you got talent!
French seams and bias binding and that top would be perfect
Idk why I never think of French seams! And you’re right, bias binding could help!
@@Vinsainto instead of trying to hem the sleeve you could just use bias binding.
Biiiig love to your sewing videos btw, also the rest love your energie but sewing I love sewing :)
12:27 dress it up with the right accessories! You’ll slay
You look fabulous good job!
you are totally worth new fabric! And this top really would have been better in a stretchy fabric... But you look fab eitherway!
Can’t wait to see more sewing projects
I loved it! You ate 🎉

Hii vincent a small trick what i do when i need a fitted top is use hidden zippers even fabric like this would look good and fitted
Next video you’re making your first flared pants! I feel like you’ll get to express you’re identity & creativity more. You’ll be a pro at it eventually 😎
Well I’d definitely need a pattern for that one hahah
@Vinsainto maybe Naomi has a pants you can overline for a pattern and just tweak it up to your liking. It doesn't have to be flared of course. I'm just curious to what you'll do with it. #TeamLibra we rock!!
In the words of Cher Horowitz, "Carpe Diem, you look hot in it."
It looks really good!!
How did I not know about Marvyn being on RUclips lol I've followed you and Naomi for years

I need this hoody and vest combo! I also need those arms too pull it off. Can I ask what size the low lights hoodie is? And who makes the vest love the cut ❤

Ooo i love it ❤
V: I KNOW what I’m doing.
(Two minutes later I’m not so convinced you know what you’re doing and that’s one of your most endearing traits!) ❤
Desperately trying to speak it into existence abhahaha

Slay!!
The green ligt makes the spot on the wall less seeeble/ see able, idk if that is a real englisch word
Love this content! But you should allow yourself to buy fabric so you have the right kind
5:59 how about elastics
