hey thanks for the video and quick explanation.. i am a little confused about the intensity of the map though. In the model you showed, there are very few LEDs in the middle of the light panel, and yet the middle of the 2'x2' is the most intense?
The PPFD map is a representation of a area that the light is hitting. Usually 2x2 or 3x3. The light is hanging in the middle of the area which is why the intensity is radiating from the center. The light is usually less than 1 sqft in size, therefore the hot spot will be right on the center of the middle square foot and radiate outward toward the edges.
