I think it's 4 Samsung Galaxy phones over the years and Samsung also at work (my municipality which pays the salaries to around 5000 people and I think everyone who uses a work phone has a Samsung in my municipality Falu kommun, Sweden).
I have used many brands of mobile phones. (siemens, motorola, nokia, sony ericsson, htc, huawei, apple, samsung and now nothing phone..) but I didn't enjoy any of them as much as using htc. HTC phones were truly enjoyable with their material quality, design, interface and user experience
The data is wrong. Apple was never #1 in global market share. Perhaps they sold more phones than Samsung in a particular quarter, but Apple was never #1 in overall market share in any quarter.
Yes, I was surprised by this also. Pretty much everyone I know has an Apple phone except me. But it seems like they have too many limitations to certain apps that I don't.
Apple is little expensive for most average people that is why will always struggle to have a slice in the international market, verses Chineese brands for example
My first phone was Siemens C35 in 2006 I think. Now I using Samsung since S6, but I think the phone price now is ridiculous, there is no big difference between models and prices from space. In most of the countries you can buy a 15-year-old car for the price of a new phone. Mind blowing.
I understand what you mean, I started with Siemens in the 90s, that thing was a baton. then motorola flip phone with extendable antenna. Then came the good old Nokia days. In between Sony Ericson until the smartphone era began, for me with Samsung, Huawei and later Apple. Nearly 30years

Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Luxus, Asus, Apple and Huawei. One Nokia and the Huawei were my work phones. Luxus was a supermarket cellphone my mom bought. It had an analog TV function, including an antenna but didn’t really work.

Boy that was a joy
Switched from Samsung galaxy to iPhone 12 about 3 years ago. Really happy with the solid hardware and heavy phone compared to Samsung
My first in 1996 was a Motorola, afterwards Ericsson Gh388 and then in 1998 a Bosch. Seems that brand even hasn't made this list so their market share must be tiny. Coca Cola did offer a lot of free Sagem cellphones here in Europe by the end of the '90's which made almost every teenager have/want one. Also not included in this list?
what are you talking about?
Iam from Europe and Ive never heard about sagem at the end of 90es
If you don't believe me, look up 'coca cola gsm' in google and you'll see 🙂
My first mobile phone was Sagem 😂
У меня был sagem, но больше я такой телефон никогда и ни у кого не видел, у sagem был очень громкий динамик, он мне очень ниавился
My first cellphone was a Trium, also missing in the list 😅. I guess those brands werent known that much to not appear on the list
Samsung ❤
Amazing before 2004, none of the handphone makers were China brand. But now seems they are dominant in the open market.
I still have a beautiful ❤ Nokia 1100 2003 model in my collection , although I have stopped using it 2013 it's still in working condition and one more is Samsung SGL 700 2007 model steel body beautiful phone.. I'm in love with both these model till date
Motorola flip phone is my all time favourite ❤
I ❤ samsung 🎉
Amazing illustration 👍
Industry dynamics and competition - market share changes, entry and exit. Great illustration for industrial organisation economists or competition economists and lawyers.
滿滿時代的眼淚
очень круто, что и страны показаны. ну реально прикольно
I have a samsung s23 ultra, and I'm so happy about it,that smartphone is a beast!!
I visited Nokian in Finland their Tyre manufacturing plant and its beautiful the entire city is like paradise
samsung ~ incredible !
Samsung best.
Nokia error. he doesn't want to use android. he stuck with windows. and now nokia is just a memory.
My first was a Motorola ROKR E1 ❤ed it.
As a South African 🇿🇦 I was happy to see Mobicel representing my beautiful country, South Africa 🇿🇦
I've owned two Nokias and one SonyEricsson before smart phones But since smart phones arrived I've always used Samsung Galaxy phones. I think it's 4 Samsung Galaxy phones over the years and Samsung also at work (my municipality which pays the salaries to around 5000 people and I think everyone who uses a work phone has a Samsung in my municipality Falu kommun, Sweden).
I've used motorola, samsung, sony, essential, lg, google smart phines so far. My choice might be apple next.
I honestly thought Apple’s entrance would be more dramatic. It barely made it to the top very briefly too.
@@1ShopSnipeMaybe because the majority of the world's population is not American?
@@samfaheem8977 Ye, other companies sell phones as low as $200. This is why apple is the no 1 company in the world
For quality and affordable, nothing can beat Xiaomi
Нет бро. Это отвратительное сочетание качества дизайна и бренда 🤮
Wow i remember HTC you could customize the battery it was awesome!
모토로라, 노키아가 저렇게 사라질거라 누가 상상이나 했을까...
My first phone is Nokia 5110, and i was using it to throw my neighbor fierce dog. And the phone still worked till today
I'd rather still be in the era of Nokia and Blackberry, the most beautiful memories I've ever forgotten are extraordinary😊
Mitsubishi made phones in the 90s I actually didn't know that 😂
My first phone was Siemens C35 in 2006 I think. Now I using Samsung since S6, but I think the phone price now is ridiculous, there is no big difference between models and prices from space. In most of the countries you can buy a 15-year-old car for the price of a new phone. Mind blowing.
I saw all this in real-time nice times! 🎉 thanks for this. ✨ extraordinary times.. I won't forget. Shh 🤫i still kept couple of those phones 📱..
I understand what you mean, I started with Siemens in the 90s, that thing was a baton. then motorola flip phone with extendable antenna. Then came the good old Nokia days. In between Sony Ericson until the smartphone era began, for me with Samsung, Huawei and later Apple. Nearly 30years
Thanks .. such cool times . Amazing 😉
When I was in middle school, I wished for a television the size of my hand. It was unimaginable at the time. Now it's come true and it's even better than I expected. Now I'm using Apple, but Nokia will forever be a monument in my heart because it is associated with many memories in my life.
Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Luxus, Asus, Apple and Huawei. One Nokia and the Huawei were my work phones. Luxus was a supermarket cellphone my mom bought. It had an analog TV function, including an antenna but didn’t really work.
How do you make them ? What software do you use ?
My first cellphone was Nokia 3210....I continued for many years with different Nokia's models, once I switched to Sony-Ericsson. I continued with Xiaomi (I think i changed 3 or 4 models) ...and now I have Motorola!
Ive had Samsung for a long time. I dont plan on switching 😊
