- In this video we (finally, we hope) are as ready as we can be for the Camino de Santiago. We head on over to Decathlon and get everything that we need to get to walk all the way across Spain. It sounds crazy just typing it. Maybe we're not ready.

Have My 14 yr old Son watching you guys now too and the Camino De Santiago is Now on Our Bucket List! I'm Not getting Any Younger.......So within the Next 2 yrs We're Going to DO IT!!!
Yesss!!! We saw so many families walking the camino together! We also want our parents to come along next year! :D
So what are you guys going to do with all your extra stuff?? Mailing it forward? 🤔
Our plan is to send it to the end of the Camino using one of the courier services who will hold it for the next month or two as we walk. I think. I hope.
Where r you leaving other stuff? Or are you leaving in hotel and coming back? Can't wait to see adventures with you guys 💕 💗 good luck 💓

I love watching your videos! But it makes me cringe when I watched Josh have all of his clothing and textiles all over the ground in the hotel room! It’s one of the most unsanitary spots! Otherwise, have fun with all your travels!
Ha - thanks :)
I had the same feeling 😄😉
Where are you leaving all the stuff you can't bring with you?

Find a used clothing store and buy a long shelve Silk Shirt. Colour or ugliness are not important.... it will be your Silk Sleeping shirt. Silk is also a very warm material to wear, so this shirt will be an extra layer on a cold morning walk in Galicia (in October)
These are good tips! Layers on layers. I can't imagine it being cold though!
Great share. You buy many importent things. Have a great tour. I looking forward to it.
Thank you :)
I suggest buying really strong bug spray and spaying your bag every couple of days (so bed bugs doing attach to the bag) and spraying top of the bed before you put your sleeping liner down.
Ok - Lisa is definitely worried about bed bugs, so these tips are super helpful :)
Hi guys!
I discovered your channel a few days ago and decided to subscribe.
Have safe travels and enjoy Europe! 😊
Welcome aboard :) so glad you joined us!
The camino is amaIng, cant wait to go and do it, great video guys
Thanks so much for watching :)
What'd you do with all the extra stuff you didn't take with you? Look forward to seeing the videos of your experience! :)
I was curious about this too. Safe travels!

'For the feet' :-)
keeping the feet happy is the most important thing
Great bloopers. I just discovered you guys a couple of days ago and watched her Camino videos out of order and then this one. I wanted to go to do the Camino this fall right now and last fall I was supposed to be in Prague Paris and Amsterdam. From the looks of it Prague looks like it wasn’t that crowded for you guys. Maybe I should’ve gone.
Ha thanks :) Yeah - Europe so far has been a great experience! We've been traveling for about 3 months now, and getting around has been relatively easy since we're vaccinated. Not too late to start the Camino now! The weather would probably be great!
@@LisaAndJosh I heard that you can’t get travel insurance coverage when the state department recommends no nonessential travel. I have never purchased travel insurance but these days it seems like a good idea.
@@me-lg1yw yeah, we ended up going with safety wings for insurance and so far, it’s been ok!
@@LisaAndJosh Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve never heard of them before.
So you are ready.
As ready as we can be :)
Walking sticks?
Not really our style - but we'll see as we get further on the trip :)
