    Already super inflated costs makes these projects a dead investment. Nightmare for folks who have fallen prey to builders' sales pitch and invested. Simple common sense tells us to not to invest money when the prices are super high. Invest when low and sell when prices are high...

      What are you on about? People are paying a premium for the sort of lifestyle they’ll be able to live in this area. Trunk infrastructure is all inderground, planned streets and pavements.
      The prices are still well under the amount you’d pay for apartments in premium locations across Hyderabad.
      Finally, like any other investment, there’s an element of risk involved. If the gamble pays off, you’re essentially laughing all the way to the bank.
      And for those who want to spend their lives in planned areas, paying a premium would be the least of their concerns.

      If you look the developments , malls, and IT parking in Kokapet , even if one bought with 13K per Sft will end up in profits in 4-5 years !! Now government has announced metro and metro depot in Kokapet !!
